We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mary River Farmstay. Warren and Vass are wonderful hosts who made sure we were comfortable and gave a lovely tour of the animals and gardens. The fresh fruit from the gardens was delicious and very appreciated :) Fishing in the Mary River at the back of the property was a highlight and the farm itself is scenic and peaceful. The cottage was cozy and had an enclosed area for our dog, although she also had a wonderful time playing with the farm dogs. Overall a great place for a short or long stay with heaps of space to roam and enjoy the countryside, highly recommended and we will definitely stay again! PS. When you stay at Mary River Farm Stay make sure you visit the Gundy Pub, just 6 minutes down the road, for a beverage and meal, its great!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful farm house! The location is calm, serene, and offers stunning views—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. We reached out for a few things during our stay, and she promptly replied and kindly provided what we needed. The kitchen was a lovely surprise, stocked with delicious homemade cookies and all the essential items in the fridge and pantry—such a thoughtful touch! We truly enjoyed every moment of our time there. It was one of the best experiences we've had, and I already miss it. We would absolutely love to return in the future!

The cottage is great for a quiet trip with family. It was easy to find, had plenty of amenities and in a quiet spot (despite some construction during our stay). Only thing is there isn’t a washing machine which was a bit surprising, but not an issue for us. Otherwise, Jenni was easy to communicate with and provided clear directions to the cottage. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area!

Our second stay at The Junction. We were travelling north to Gladstone from NSW and it was a fantastic stop over. The beautifully restored home with super comfortable beds with fresh linen made a welcome stay. Dolly and Graeme were friendly and helpful and wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this AirBnB to everyone.
