Holiday rentals with lake access in Bavaria

Very clean and well equipped. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating.

Had a very nice long weekend with 6 adults, 4 children and 2 infants. The host Julia is very friendly and accommodating, made us feel right at home. The house is just great and offers very good opportunities for families. Would love to come back!

Very nicely furnished cottage with everything you need. The communication was flawless and everything was ready when we arrived. Even our dog was kindly thought of.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

Janin is a very friendly hostess who cares very much about the well-being of the guests. If you have any questions or concerns, answered very quickly. We were even allowed to stay longer on the check-out day. The house is huge and offers all the amenities you could wish for. In particular, the seating area with its we were drawn to the sweeping furniture. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out in the spacious rooms. There is a very large garden, more like a small park with a swimming pond, which we did not use (on the one hand it was too fresh, but on the other hand the water is not inviting to swim in at the moment). Although there are two apartments, the two parties do not disturb each other, as the outdoor areas are partially separated from each other, each with their own seating and barbecue facilities. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can highly recommend the hostess, the house and its surroundings.

The best has been made of the cottage visually and in terms of furnishings. The beds are totally comfortable. For a longer stay, there is a lack of storage space for clothes or the like, but we simply lived out of the suitcase over the weekend. In general, there is enough space for 8 people to sleep and eat, but not necessarily to spend a lot of time in the house. The location itself is beautiful on the Ammersee and you can also walk very quickly to the lake promenade, where life is. The fact that the cottage is on a campsite was sufficiently described, but unfortunately it was still not so clear to us that people camp directly under/on the terrace and you have less privacy than expected. All around really very sweet and cozy and recommended for larger groups who want to spend a lot of time on and around the Ammersee and are looking for a nice place to sleep.

We spent 4 beautiful days in the Allgäu and in the Hirsch Chalet of Sebastian. The house is located on the edge of a quiet holiday home estate, a few minutes' walk from Lake Lechstausee. It is lovingly furnished, very clean and fully corresponds to the description and photos. Sebastian is a very friendly and accommodating host. We have already received all the important information for check-in as well as helpful information on current events. He was always available to us and communicated proactively. We can definitely recommend a stay at the Hirsch Chalet.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Very clean and has everything you need. Karin is a warm hostess who takes very good care of her guests! We were visiting with our little daughter and the apartment fit perfectly. Gladly again!

We felt super comfortable. The location was perfect for our trips by bike. The communication was always very friendly and fast. The accommodation had everything we expected and left nothing to be desired. There's a lot of love in it. The large street in front of the house is relatively quiet at night and the windows are very well insulated, so no problem at all. We were very, very, very satisfied and would come back any time as well as highly recommend this place.

We felt very comfortable in Daniela's apartment. Great location, everything tipitopi clean, very nice and helpful hosts. We were thrilled and want to come back.

Great for the intermediate trip! We spontaneously booked an accommodation - perfect for a short overnight stay on the go. Everything was super clean, uncomplicated and just right for one night. I highly recommend it!

This find is really incredibly beautiful, a great apartment with very loving furnishings, great ambience and a constantly helpful landlady. If you want to go on vacation in this region, you should stop here. Slightly elevated, you have a great view of the mountains and in just 5 minutes you are already at the lake to refresh yourself. A delicious breakfast in the Café Seaside and the day starts perfectly, it is worth reserving before arrival ;)

We were only in Bad Tölz for a short break with the dog and Irmgard's accommodation was great for that. Located directly on the Isar, so we could always go for a great walk. A comfortable balcony with sun in the afternoon/evening to end the day. All in all, we were very satisfied!

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what more could you want. The snacks and the delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

Nice house on a camping ground. Well equipped and with a nice private garden. Camping has a playground, restaurant and close to a lake.

Great stay, small but nice! Everything is available, great amenities. Also suitable for a weekend with a larger group (if you have no problem with a sleeping camp), especially due to the large terrace and the outdoor kitchen. Around the hut, you are all alone and do not have to take neighbors into consideration. We will be happy to come back!!

It was very nice, everything clean & tidy. We felt totally comfortable and there was nothing missing. Great place to stay, stylish & lovingly decorated and quiet location. On site you were greeted very friendly, everything was shown to you and you still got great tips for things to do. On the property is everything for shared use - nice sitting areas and the garden. A very relaxing weekend :)

Short break in this beautiful setting...Gärtnerhaus very idyllic with direct access to the park grounds. For two and four-legged friends who appreciate nature and casual atmosphere, just perfect. We will be back for sure and will also enjoy other seasons in the park.

We spent a family weekend at Sonja's place. The communication in advance could not have been better. Sonja gave us numerous great tips and recommendations for the region and always responded quickly to questions. The yard is beautifully quiet. Perfect for just relaxing. The Barn is a beautiful adventure playground and the sauna area is a special highlight. There were numerous scents, etc., which you usually don't have in other properties. In general, the sauna area was very appealing. The house has a beautiful garden that invites you to eat together. Nearby is a nice little swimming lake. The room above the cottage is a little more clairaudient when there are other guests downstairs.

We spent a few wonderful days with our extended family in these two apartments. The house is very tasteful and high-quality furnished – you can immediately tell that a lot of value was placed on quality and style here. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offered enough space for everyone. We were delighted by the quiet, idyllic location, with many excursion destinations easily accessible by bike or car. The contact with the hosts was friendly and straightforward. We would come back anytime!

We were incredibly warmly welcomed!Sabine has a truly beautiful house right on the lake with its own jetty to linger and easy access to the lake! The house tells its own story, historically and lovingly restored! Everything was as described, the rooms are cozy, wonderfully comfortable beds, everything is tip-top clean and a view of the lake as it could not be more beautiful!Lake view from the room and balcony! The surroundings invite you to hike and linger, everything is very easily accessible on foot!We will definitely come back!!! Sabine, you and your Seehäusl - you are simply wonderful🫶🏼
