We had a great time in Seefeld! The house is very spacious and fully equipped, as Daniel lives in the accommodation itself with family. The kids especially enjoyed the great garden with large trampoline. The location is great - you have the choice to drive to the lakes depending on the weather, or to the city of Munich with its generous offer of activities. As an electric car driver, it should also be noted that a public charging station is available about 100 m away. All in all, we were very satisfied!

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

We felt very comfortable in the beautifully located house. The surroundings are idyllic and invite you to hike in the vineyards. Everything in the house was clean, well-maintained and perfectly prepared. The check-in was straightforward, so we could arrive directly and enjoy the (short) vacation. Beds are very comfortable, we slept well. The shopping facilities directly on site are also practical - so we were able to take good care of ourselves at any time. The connection to public transport is also great, so we could easily make excursions to the surrounding area. Overall, it was a completely successful stay for us. We can fully recommend the house!

Everything worked well, there was plenty of space in the house and Daniel also accommodated us when checking in and out, which is not so easy to plan for a stay with four children. Highly recommended overall. If it works out, we'd love to come back.

We booked the house to spend three days together around our wedding with our six patchwork and in-laws children. The location is perfect, we all had space, everyone felt very comfortable and we had a great time there. The roof terrace was worth gold in the nice weather - and there were plenty of opportunities to do the free time together or alone. The beds are great, we slept bombardingly, and the decor is lovingly and tastefully designed. The bathrooms are as new and very chic - our children didn't come out of the "Ahh" and "Ohh" anymore, and we got a lot of praise from them for our selection of the location. Hosts are very kind and always eager. Whenever we needed anything, someone came by and took care of us - otherwise we had the perfect privacy, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend overall, we would come back anytime.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. Very good contact. We spent a family weekend there, even for the granddaughter there was a bed (with sleeping accommodation for the mother in the room). There was nothing missing.

We stayed as a family with 9 adults and 2 babies over the 1st May weekend in the beautiful getaway oasis in Freystadt. The place is very nicely decorated exactly as described on the pictures and has had a lot of space for everyone. The highlight was the large beautiful garden and the quiet idyllic ambiance in the beautiful weather. The Norys family was very nice and responded directly to all questions quickly and easily. An all-round beautiful getaway in a very nice accommodation that we are happy to use again for the next planned families.

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in your house. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts have gone above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable space. The outdoor living spaces were a true highlight—perfect for morning coffee with mountain views and relaxing evenings after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better—nestled in a peaceful area yet close to everything. We were just minutes away from incredible hiking trails out the front door, and excursions to Eibsee, Grainau, and the Partnach Gorge, and all the local shops and restaurants. Inside, the home was spotless and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (and more!). We especially appreciated the abundance of fresh towels and cozy blankets—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway in Bavaria.

Beautiful quiet location, nice host, very large garden, great pool, shopping and excursion destinations easily accessible by car. The place was exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

Even though we only had two days, our stay was really worth it. Barbara was a very good host and explained everything in detail from a distance. The apartment handover by her daughter also worked out great. The house itself was as described and is fantastically located only a few minutes by bike from Chiemsee in a small village on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people who are looking for peace and quiet or want to enjoy the beautiful area by bike/on foot. We will remember this weekend for a long time!

The accommodation was very nice, clean and in a great location. Grill and hair dryer were available against expectations. The surcharge we paid for Belvilla's administrative expenses was a bit high. Could have been avoided privately with the direct landlord We'd love to go back there.

It was a very nice quiet and large complex. The pool was nice and big and clean. Very suitable for families.. :)

Lovely home in a wonderful location. Traveler tip: Strictly follow the house rules and have a vehicle, as the house is far from the store and the lake. Very good hosts, all problems with Kiara were resolved in the best way. Be sure to carefully read the rules in the voucher and you are guaranteed a heavenly vacation.

We were already in the forestry for the second time. This time in the annex. Everything is clean and tidy, the location is great. We are happy to come a third time, then come in the summer. Those traveling in a group are superbly accommodated here.
