Monthly Rentals in Bay County

Would reccomend staying here if you're a student doing rotations at any nearby hospitals! The location is conveniently located less than 20 minutes away from Covenant in a safe neighborhood. Josie greeted me at check in and toured the apartment with me. It had almost all of the amenities you need for a long term stay, which made moving in and out super easy. She was always accecssible via text, but I had a pleasant stay without any issues!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was immaculately clean and so comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway!

My best friend and I felt right at home in “The Studio”! It’s a cute, comfy, and cozy place! It is an older building built in the 1800’s with the apartments added on in 1940. I loved the little interesting facts about the room and the buildings history listed on the old doors. if you have upstairs neighbors you will hear their footsteps, sometimes it seemed as if the footsteps were coming right through the kitchen area. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay! :)

Very cute apartment! Melissa was always very responsive and quick to help if I needed anything or had questions. The apartment was tidy and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!
