We accept rentals per night (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except in summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with arrival on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surf & dunes within 2 km. You will appreciate this space for its originality and location.

Ideally located on the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, in a pedestrian street close to the Old Port, shops, restaurants, bars, the Old Market... The apartment is located on the first floor of an old renovated stone building. You won't need a car to get around. Everything can be reached on foot, by bike or by scooter. Parking nearby. Access to the train station in 10 minutes.

My place is close to the beautiful beach of Grands Sables. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the beauty of the studio and the property. My place is good for couples and solo travelers. It is possible – if requested in advance – for a child to sleep on the sofa bed. 2 bikes are available free of charge during the stay. Nevertheless the island is large and hilly and it is best to have a car, motorcycle or electric bikes!
