My accommodation is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, comfort and calmness with also the sound of the sea!

HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Ideal location between Arcachon and Cap-Ferret. Andernos le Betey: 100m from the port and beaches of the basin, 8 min walk to the city center... Direct access to bike path, Biocoop and bakery nearby. Ocean beaches 15 km T1 bis of 21m2 + mezzanine, located in the outbuilding of our quiet wooded garden. Small equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa, TV & soundbar, s.d'eau, closed toilet, hot outdoor shower! Covered terrace 30m2 on the south side, table and rest in the middle of bamboo!

Take a break and unwind in our haven of greenery. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.

T2 INDEPENDENT WITH GARDEN near forest and beaches

10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

We will share access to the house and the garden but you have accommodation with independent entrance to the living room offering a bed for 2 people as well as an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a bathroom. a separate toilet.
