You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

Se encuentra en el típico barrio de la viña muy cerca del centro histórico y de la playa La Caleta .Muy cerca hay restaurantes, bares , supermercados, farmacia y hospital .Es muy amplio ,luminoso y todo con vistas al exterior .Dispone de parking amplio, cómodo y gratis para un coche grande como máximo una furgoneta ó cinco motos . A partir del 2027 solo podrán acceder al parking los vehículos con tarjeta ambiental CERO emisiones ó tendrán que aparcar en un parking público de pago.

New apartment in the famous La Viña neighborhood. It's cozy, nice, and comfortable. It's 50 meters from La Caleta beach. It's in the heart of the old town. OPTIONAL GARAGE, in the same building, a garage is available for 20 euros a day [in summer from 07/01 to 08/31, it is 25€] The living room sofa converts into a comfortable bed that sleeps 2 people comfortably (this has a surcharge of €20 per person/day)

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
