Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Bay of Kotor

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit. Wichtig war für uns ein Abstellplatz für unser Auto, hierzu hatten wir die Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage zu parken. unsere Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich sie kam uns mit dem Check-In und mit dem Checkout entgegen und war sehr bemüht. der Strand ist etwa wie in der Beschreibung 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. die Gastgeberin sowie die Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is a large, spacious, airy house. It is light, bright and very well equipped. Even on hot days the house stayed cool. We hardly needed air conditioning, but for the short times we did, it was very efficient. The house is clearly loved and looked after. It is a family home and the host's parents live in neighbouring accommodation We enjoyed being extremely lazy and very peaceful and quiet, looking out over lovely views of the bay, reading, relaxing and having a daily swim. We did not have a car, so were limited to what was available in Molunat , all of which is very walkable. If you want to do more you would be advised to have a car. Goran our host is THE best host I have ever had on Air BNB....he could not have done more to make us welcome, to be flexible about check in times and to be proactive to make our stay enjoyable. Beautiful apartment right in the middle of the City walls and on top of the market place. We felt right at home in this beautiful apartment. We will certainly return if Michael will have us? :)

Top notch place. This place was just too perfect for my family and I, the view was amazing, the appartement was specious. We loved the location it’s a calm small town Water view nice restaurants near supermarket and on top of that really safe.

Il proprietario e’ stato molto gentile e disponibile, nonostante siamo arrivati tardi nella sera. Le istruzioni per trovare l’appartamento, vicinissimo all’ aeroporto, sono state chiare e rassicuranti. L’ appartamento era molto pulito e confortevole, oltre che silenzioso, abbiamo dormito benissimo! Grazie per l’ ospitalità, e’ stato un piacere conoscervi ed essere vostri ospiti!

La situation du logement est impeccable (entre Kotor, Skadar, et la côte adriatique). Nous n'avons pas vu Niko, mais la communication sur Air BNB était parfait.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf bij Nensi gehad. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Aardige host. Ook de communicatie verliep goed. Het is op ongeveer 10 minuutjes lopen naar het oude stadscentrum, dus ook een top locatie!

Le logement de Pasko est très bien situé. A 5 minutes de l'arrêt de bus pour Dubrovnik et à 5 minutes de la plage. C'est l'endroit idéal pour pouvoir visiter la vieille cité ou profiter de la mer sans avoir besoin de prendre son véhicule. Le parking privé est très pratique. Encore merci.

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

We had the most beautiful weeks stay at the villa, the views are amazing and the whole family were super helpful through out our stay! Would definitely love to return and would highly recommend!

This is a hidden gem inside the old walls of Dubrovnik. It is one of the only places that has a beautiful view of the old harbor. We could see everyone walking the walls, and they would look up and ask us “How did you get that place?” The space was more than enough for our group of seven, and the upstairs apartment is so charming. I wish we had more time to spend there. Our hosts were amazing and helped us set up everything from restaurant reservations to a day trip. They definitely made us feel like family, and we can’t wait to return! Thank you so much! You made our time there very special.

Tanıdığımız en misafirperver ve dost canlısı ev sahibi oldu. Hem bizi çeşitli ikramlarla karşıladı hem de gün içinde ziyaretlerde bulunup ihtiyaçlar konusunda yardımcı oldu. Arabanız mevcut ve konum size uygunsa kesinlikle tercih etmeye değer bir seçenektir.

My family of 5 with 3 teenagers loved our stay at Villa Piano! Quick drive from Dubrovnik. Ana met us to let us in. Spacious(comfortable with 5 of us) and clean home had everything we needed. Even an ice machine, which is a luxury in Europe. Pool and hot tub area provided a luxurious outdoor space to spend time in. Got chocolate croissants, donuts, and bread from the bakery that’s just a 5 minute walk from the house. Walked to the Srebreno beach every day. Did a blue cave boat tour that picked up right in Srebreno. Drove to Dubrovnik to tour the old city one day. Walked to dinners every night. Went for a run up the Kupari lookout. So many fun things to explore-and so comfortable for just relaxing at the house as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Прекрасный вид с балкона, в номере есть все необходимое ,хозяева доброжелательны, wi- fi устойчиво средний, рядом прекрасные пляжи,но обязательно наличие машины, ремонт номера средний, есть хорошая парковка в тени винограда,по приезду нас в холодильнике ждали фрукты и пиво ,в целом впечатление хорошее

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

very close to the old town and that is all we wanted. It is not fence but it is spacious, a kitchen full equipped. However, there is no oven, so you need to use only the electric stove. Be aware that there are stairs. I had no connection with Borka but rather with her daughter Marta which was very helpful .I got her number from her father who does not speaks English. A better description of the location will be "go 10 meters in the ally across the Shopping center, just beside the bakery. The apartments is up the stairs of the building in front of you". There is no sign with the name of the place. In the buttom line, I will recommend to take this place.

3 couples stayed here, it was perfect. Hosts were very very helpful and very accomodating. Perfect location. We can not fault our stay. Bring your bag and that’s it you are set for a fabulous stay. Thankyou so much to our hosts, we will be back to your beautiful Dubrovnik.

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.
