Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bay of Kotor

We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home. The view was amazing and we walked to old town on a lovely path every day. It took us about thirty enjoyable minutes. There were several restaurants so close by on the waterfront. We are ate at two of them and in old town another night. Sako was so nice and was so quick to reply to amy questions. We used the washer and dryer, right outside our door. There were adequate supplies of soap, shampoo, coffee and linens. It was a superb experience staying at Sako’s home. Thank you, Sako.

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

There is absolutely nothing you could fault with this stunning apartment in the centre of Kotor overlooking the cathedral. We were met at the main Sea gate of the old town and Karolina assisted with luggage and accompanied us to the apartment. A beautiful outlook over the town, restaurants and mountains from the beautifully furnished living area. Although you are in the centre of town, you have the choice to open your double glazed windows and listen to music and the sounds or close them and have complete quiet. The bedrooms are positioned at the rear of the apartment. They are quiet and allow for a perfect nights sleep. Everything has been considered, even a filtered water dispenser was supplied in the apartment, which was greatly appreciated. This apartment is perfection. We would highly recommend staying at this superb apartment in Kotor.

Balkonda geçirdiğimiz huzurlu akşamlar pahabiçilemez bir deneyim yaşattı. Bu ev insana bir kere kaldığı zaman tekrar gelme isteği uyandırıyor o derecede harika bir aurası var. We had amazing time, Nico really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay and everything you need. The place is really clean, modern and has all the amenities. The location was great for views and a peaceful stay away from the traffic and hussle of the old town. I actually really enjoyed the up and down the hill, it was great exercise. There are plenty of direct routes via stairs to both the nearest beach and the old town.

The apartment is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the areas has to offer. We had 5 great days driving around the area and the apartment is central to everything including a few really good local restaurants. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the view is fantastic. Igor is a very nice person and gave us a lot of local tips. He was very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. Very strong recommendation for your holiday to Kotor.

The Morning View Apartment delivers exactly what you see in the pictures. You’ll have plenty of space, and everything is tastefully and simply designed. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning, which makes your stay even more comfortable. The absolute highlight of the Airbnb is, without a doubt, the breathtaking view from the balcony. Whether it’s day or night—or during a sunset—you’re treated to an unforgettable panorama. The hosts, Perica and his wife, are incredibly kind and helpful. He’s easy to reach and always ready to assist with questions or recommendations for Dubrovnik. All in all, we would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. It’s just a short 10-minute walk downhill to Dubrovnik’s Old Town. For my wife and me, this Airbnb was a 10 out of 10.

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Dominik is an excellent host. Replied to any queries we had promptly. The property is absolutely beautiful. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. 2 minutes walk to the entrance of the old city. No car or taxis needed which we found a bonus. We had a wonderful week staying at this property and would definitely recommend it.

5살 조카, 아버지, 누나와 함께 두브로브니크를 제대로 즐겼습니다. 아침 비행기로 두브로브니크에 도착하다보니 어린조카가 많이 피곤했는지 투정을 많이 부렸습니다. 그 때 호스트의 배려덕에 숙소에서 잠시 정비할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치는 부자게이트 바로 앞이라서 캐리어를 돌바닥에서 끌 필요가 없었어요! 더운날씨에 지칠때면 시가지에서 5분거리라서 잠깐 들어와서 쉬면 되어서 최고였습니다:)

This apartment was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning! My entire group agreed that it was our favorite view from any place we've ever stayed. Some little things I really appreciated: there was a shelf unit near the door to store the random bags that we use daily, and an area upstairs dedicated to getting ready where there was enough room to store suitcases. It was also very helpful to have two full bathrooms. The host, Dusanka, was always helpful and responded quickly. Kotor is close by and easy to get to if the traffic isn't bad. It's worth noting that the traffic in front of the building is very fast by anyone's standards. If you have small children, take extra care. It wouldn't keep me from staying here again, though! I didn’t want to leave, and I would highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at Mare’s charming townhome in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quaint, quiet corner but just steps from all the historic sites, restaurants, and vibrant local life. The home itself was cozy, clean, and full of character—perfect for soaking in the atmosphere of this beautiful city. Mare was a truly exceptional host—attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including arranging for porter service, which is a must-avail service. You can tell she really cares about making sure her guests have a great experience. I’d absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thanks again, Mare!

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, spacious and modern, and has a beautiful vista to the mountains and the lake from the balcony. It was easy to find and get in with the instructions we have received in advance. The host was proactive, and when we needed help was responsive immediately. Thank you very much for that! We had a car to get to the town, so it was convenient for us. The apartment is a bit further away from the center of the town, so quiet, albeit on a busy road.

One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

Ivana was great, warm host. Apartment was best ever seen. Good location, easy to walk or drive anywhere.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location
