Villa holiday rentals in Bayamón

We had such a great one night stay in Dorado! The villa was super nice and located in a private community close to the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for :) the home had everything we needed for an afternoon on the beach. I will definitely be coming back for a longer stay next time. Thanks to the hosts!

Where do I even begin? This was hands-down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, the setting was absolutely beautiful, and the whole place felt safe, peaceful, and private—exactly what we were looking for. We felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Alex, our local host, was amazing. He met us at the property, walked us through the security gate setup, and gave us the full rundown on how to make the most of the amenities. He was super friendly and responsive—anytime I had a question, he replied right away and made me feel totally at home. Communication through the Airbnb app was also on point. The team was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be rebooking this place for future trips with my family. If you want to be close to San Juan but tucked away in a private, upscale, and beautifully maintained spot—this is it. 5 stars!!!!

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a great stay at Joelis’ place in San Juan! The apartment is on the bottom floor of a gorgeous house and was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The location felt safe and was super convenient—just 5 to 15 minutes from most of the attractions we wanted to explore. Joelis was a great host, and if I return to the area, I’d definitely look to book with them again. Highly recommend!

this place is incredibly close to the beach, definitely worth it

This was a nice stay. Peace & quiet. Everything looked like the pictures and was very relaxing. Carlos was available when needed and answered all of my questions.

Everything was great during my stay. Heather and her team were responsive and attentive. The bnb is exactly as it shows in the pics, every comfortable. La Placita is walking distance, Condado beach is also walking distance. My biggest concern was a generator and they had that. The a/c worked perfect as I like to sleep in the cold. It was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!!!!

Aquaville was a modern and clean Airbnb in a fantastic location. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is amazing and very well kept. I would totally stay there again and have recommended to various people already!

Awesome space. We booked the entire building for our large group and everyone felt it was spacious. Smooth checking 3-4mins walk to plenty restaurants. Ice cold AC and a very relaxing space in the back yard. With plenty of seating and still allows for privacy

Amanda is very responsive throughout our stay. The place is well maintained and its 5 min walk to beach. The community is very good, secure and well maintained. One thing which I wish I had known before hand was, internet. While this is not the issue with this home/community, its the area. They said it was due to the storm.

Beautiful!!! We didn’t try the beach because high tides but it was not necessary. The pool was amazing and you could see the breach. We had a great time! Thank you Edwin!

Our group of nine had an amazing experience staying in Camila’s place. You can literally walk to the beach. It is a great location with lots of parking for our rental car. I also appreciated the gated community. The pool made a huge difference for us after long days of walking or beach it was nice to relax in the pool. I also loved all the restrooms available. It allowed us to have privacy and had enough showers to get ready all of us at a time. Overall it was a great experience for our group.

This airbnb was fantastic. The owner accommodated to our needs and allowed us to do an early check in without charging the extra fees. The house was very clean and beautiful. The private pool was perfect. I loved how there were towels and toiletries available to our family of 8. Beautiful and safe location. I definitely recommend booking here. I will be returning in the future.

I just have to say the stay was well worth it Leonel was an awesome hosts, very attentive to our needs, the place it’s self is even more beautiful than the pictures, it’s a super relaxing and quiet neighborhood, my favorite part was that pollo tropical the restaurant was a minute in walking distance, the beach is literally in walking distance as well, I usually don’t leave reviews but this one was well deserved!! Our goal was to find an upscale house that was quiet and outside the bustle of San Juan but close enough for occasional visits. Villa Maxine was exactly what we were hoping for. Charlotte's superb home is propped on the top of a large hill providing expansive views and privacy. The rooms are spacious with the living or great room being the center of activity and relaxation. The highlight, however, is the outdoor space. The decks around the gorgeous, clean and refreshing pool provide multiple choices for relaxing, sunbathing or eating. Trips to Old San Juan are a short 25 minutes and a rental car is a must. Communication with Charlotte and associates was immediate and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Rafael was a very responsive host. Had issues with dryer and was fixed right away. We didn’t see a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, or beach towels. Luckily we had mostly brought some from home. We had bought a lot of extra foods and drinks and left those in hopes that they use them instead of wasting them. I enjoyed this vacation so much, as did the others we were with. They are looking to come back soon! Rafael is very friendly and responsive whenever you need him. Great host! Great vacation!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb within a beautiful private community hosted by Victor. From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the serene atmosphere and the peaceful surroundings. The property itself was very comfortable and with a cozy decor that made it feel like a home away from home. Victor was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. He was very quick to respond to our messages. Thank you Victor for your awesome hospitality! This location is close to various restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches. Within just a short drive, we discovered wonderful dining options offering delicious Puerto Rican cuisine. The nearby supermarkets made it easy to stock up on essentials for our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, my experience at this location was fantastic. I can’t wait to return and create more unforgettable memories! Highly recommended

The house was great! House was clean, ac worked (very needed) and had things to use for the beach (cooler, towels). Had a little trouble with the entrance instructions but it was 3am, it said gate 11 and should have been 12. But the house is as described and the owner is quick to respond and very polite. I overall had a great time and happy with this airbnb. Only issue was the neighbor on one side was a little loud when doing the nasty and woke me up one night but the kids said they didn’t hear anything so that’s a relief. And that’s not the owners of this airbnb’s fault. Just be aware of your noise level. Again very pleased with place and worth the price with pool, beach right in front, close to food places and Walgreens and Casino near as well. Thank you Suanette!

This villa is absolutely amazing! It sits right across the street from the pool and tennis/basketball courts. The surroundings are beautiful! The restaurants, bowling, pool and casino are walking distance and so peaceful and full of the local wildlife. The home is perfect for 8 adults and 2 children to spend 11 days comfortably. There are 2 living rooms, an elevator and a rooftop patio with an outdoor grill and kitchenette. Each room has its own huge patio. Nestor was so helpful! His recommendations were spot on and easy to find. The house is stocked with everything you need, including towels, basketballs, tennis rackets, fishing poles and swimming gear. This place really is in the perfect location. I recommend this place no matter where you want to visit in Puerto Rico!

3rd time staying here and won’t be our last. Location is great, quiet beach, and clean house. We couldn’t ask for a better place.

Overall, the place was nice. First off, couldn’t beat the location. Right across the street from the beach, with a nice view from the balcony. The beach is small, but it’s protected, so calm waters and it’s good for little kids with lots of natural shade. It is a bit of a hike to the community pool though. The unit itself was clean, well furnished and stocked. The kitchen was a little tight, fine for one person working, but if two of us were in there, we were bumping into each other. Looks like there might have been some updates to the bathrooms, but overall, the unit was a little dated. So if you’re looking for ultra modern and luxurious, it’s not the place for you. But it was a good value for what it is and the location. The whole team was very responsive. Only bad thing to say was the shower in the master never got warm, even with letting the water run for a few minutes before getting in per their response to our concern.
