10-star 🌟 hospitality! 🌟 We want to give a super special thank you to Leonardo and Mr. Paulo (caretaker) for the incredible reception and availability during our stay! From the first contact, they made themselves available to us and there was not a single time when we asked for help or information and were not promptly attended to. Our flight was delayed (we arrived 2 hours late!) and, when it was time to pick up the car, Leonardo left us super relaxed about the arrival time at the apartment. Even though we arrived at 3 a.m. in the middle of a rainstorm, he was there waiting for us! He spared no effort to help us with our bags, ensuring that everything was smooth. The place? Simply wonderful! Extremely quiet, clean, organized and very well maintained, with super pleasant ventilation. The pool is clean and the location is perfect. In short, the experience was much higher than expected! We recommend it with certainty!

Renata's apartment is perfect! Super well equipped, it has absolutely ALL the necessary kitchen utensils, it is very well decorated, you can really feel at home. Other than that, it's very well located! You will be close to the main attractions and things to do in João Pessoa. Renata and her husband's care for guests is another differential! They respond super fast and are super helpful in making the stay even better. Leaving from there was even difficult lol, I highly recommend it!!!

I had an excellent experience! The room was exactly as described, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation was quiet, well organized and Lara was extremely attentive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend it and, if I can, I will definitely come back!

I lived in João Pessoa for a while and now I brought my husband to meet. We researched MANY places to stay and this was what caught our attention. It was a unique experience, the host is extremely helpful, it met all our needs and the reception when we arrived was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. The room view is BEAUTIFUL, and it's an excellent place to stay here. Voltaria many times and stay again! You can book without concern!

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and toiletries on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I don't have anything to complain about. Note 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets from the hydromassage area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a bigger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it's just a suggestion.

Guilherme allowed you to leave your bags after checkout, which made it possible to use the day in João Pessoa. The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with top quality utensils (the bedding games of the premium suites are a show apart). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and is very helpful. The beaches in the region are heavenly, so much so that our initial idea was to go on excursions, but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no trade very close by, so it is imperative to ensure food and basic medicines necessary for emergency cases. We hired Amanda (Host referral) to help us with the cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that was really worth it, that is the opinion of the 12 people who stayed in the house. I recommend it and we plan to return. Thank you, Tom and Luiz, for the care and for renting us this piece of paradise. See you soon!

Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

Excellent house, clean, cozy and very welcoming environment. The house provides excellent privacy for families looking for a more private space. The apartment is new, well-equipped. I found it a little warm, perhaps because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.
