The apartment was not only the perfect place for us to explore Biarritz in all its facets, we also immediately felt at home. The apartment is very nicely furnished, has a small nice terrace and everything you need is there. Léa and Jean were really wonderful hosts who proactively and very kindly provided us with everything important and worth knowing. The apartment is located in the center, so that the finest bakeries, restaurants, bars and a supermarket are just a few steps away and you can comfortably walk past all the shops to the beach - whether to Grande Plage or to the Côte des Basques, whether for swimming or surfing. We were completely thrilled and hope to come back sometime.

A gem! A high-end apartment tastefully decorated and with a real balcony overlooking the magnificent ocean. Corinne is a very friendly and very available host. We had forgotten a pair of sneakers and she made sure they were dropped off at the place where we were having lunch.

What you see is what you get! 🥰 The location of the apartment offers a great view on the ocean as well as on the golf course. And we enjoyed the privacy on the third floor. The communication with the host was very smooth and amicable. And we appreciated the amenities that Josiane provided for a good start of our stay!

We had a great stay at Sharon and Joop's place. The latter is well thought out, accessible, pleasant and you feel good there. Being able to park next to the accommodation is a real advantage. We really enjoyed this place, which is very well maintained, very clean inside the apartments as well as outside. The welcome was very pleasant from the hosts, always concerned about the well-being of the tenants. The explanations are clear. We recommend a visit to Sharon and Joop without worries.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We had a great stay in Laurent's studio: everything is perfect, whether it's the bedding, amenities, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony terrace. We felt good right away. Laurent is a very responsive and very welcoming host (thank you for the very welcome cold drinks when we arrived on a hot day...). The location of the accommodation is perfect: beaches, Port de Soccoa, restaurants, shops. Everything at the foot of the accommodation. For those who would worry about a lack of private parking, we found free spaces without any problem at any time of the day in the middle of August. A big thank you to Laurent for offering such a nice place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.
