My apartment in the center of Karşıyaka is located on a spacious street away from the noise. It is in a new building, on the mezzanine floor, with a balcony and an elevator. Karşıyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach and the bazaar, and only 3 minutes away from the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct metro transportation from Izmir airport. It is also 20 minutes by tram to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. Terrace floor, quiet, calm, elite with sea view

You can easily access everything from my house, which is in a central location. 1 min to the tram. 5 min walk to Bostanlı ferry terminal and Karşıyaka ferry terminals. There are 25 m2 terraces in the front and back. It is a quiet and calm street. If you wish, you can enjoy the hammock on the terrace while listening to music with Monster speakers.

Bornova Residence 1+1 (200 m to Metro)

It is 200 meters from the metro station. It is a 1+1 apartment in a residence with 24/7 security. Everything from A to Z is available in the house. 2 minutes to the ring road, highway and public transportation. There is free indoor and outdoor parking.
