The host team is very professional and caring, we enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s located in a historical neighborhood, clean and has all you need for both short and long stay. While it might get a bit chilly at nights in winter, we were provided with heating equipments. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer in the house. Definitely recommended host and place

Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. İki çift grubu olarak kalmaya çok uygun. Bahçesi çok tatlıydı. Ev sahibi mangal yakmak için de akşam bahçede ısınmak için de gerekli malzemeleri bırakmıştı. Çamaşır makinası bulaşık makinası dahil herşey yeterliydi.

ev gayet güzel ve 7 kişi için yeterliydi. temizlik konusunda sorun yoktu. eşyalar biraz eskimiş ve mutfak malzemeleri eksikti ama sorun olmadı. evi Melis hanımın babasından teslim aldık çok konuşkan iyi niyetli biriydi. her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

This house offers stunning 270-degree sea views and a lovely terrace in a quiet neighborhood. Ferhat is an excellent communicator and promptly addresses any issues that may arise during your stay. The house is comfortable and well-cleaned. Be aware that there are many stairs, as shown in the pictures, which may be a concern if you have mobility issues or small children. Otherwise, you will thoroughly enjoy the house, the neighborhood, and the taste of Turkish culture. The location is conveniently close to Yeni Foca and Eski Foca, where you can explore street markets and local cafes, walk by the seaside, and pick fruit from the house's garden.

Ma famille et moi avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est fidèle au photos, très fonctionnelle et la déco est vraiment sympa. Avec les instructions de Gökhan nous avons trouver la maison sans difficulté. Il faut être véhiculé mais nous étions prévenu. D’ailleurs il a été disponible tous le long du séjour pour répondre à nos questions, merci à lui. Mention spécial pour un petit restau typiquement turque à 5 minutes en voiture dans les hauteurs on s’est régalé.

We had a wonderful stay at Gülcan's place. The house was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, and Gülcan was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every detail. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended! Thank you, Gülcan!
