The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

We had a great stay! The location in Balat is very nice — full of charm and character. All major sightseeing spots in Istanbul are easily reachable within about 20 minutes by tram. The apartment is beautifully renovated and feels very safe, especially with a police station nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the lovely Istanbul weather. Highly recommend!

The place exactly matched the description in the beautiful neighborhood of Balat. Walkable distance to restaurants and cafes. Lots of colorful houses and shopping stores. Aksel Bey çok nazik ve iletişim kurması kolay birisi. Maslak civarında konaklamanız gerekiyorsa gözü kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Tertemizdi. otopark problemi yoktu. O taraflarda konaklamam gerekirse yine aynı evde kalmak isterim. Teşekkürler

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

Great place with everything you need as a visitor! The apartment was well-equipped, including laundry facilities and other essentials that made the stay comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in this very central apartment! It was a great size for the 6 of us and the beds were all very comfortable. The central kitchen with a view of the next-door mosque and nice large table was a great gathering spot for our group. Some things didn't work e.g. the water kettle and hot water in the kitchen by the bathroom, but otherwise it was all comfortable and convenient! We also loved the central location and found it really easy to walk to transportation, get picked up by ubers, find food nearby, etc. - all the essentials for a great trip :) I would recommend this place for your next group visit to Istanbul!

It is like home. The place is fully occupied with everything you need for a comfortable enjoyable stay Emer is a wonderful man, warm, friendly, like to help. 2 minutes walking to the Metro which takes you to all attractions I recommend this place especially for a solo or a couple Thanks Emer

This apartment is in a fantastic location if you’re staying in Istanbul. There’s lots to do close by and all the great mosques are within walking distance. There’s a few famous restaurants also within great walking distance. The host is a very kind man, who is extremely responsive and always on hand if you need anything. He even offered to give us a lift and show us around if necessary. The apartment is exactly as described and perfectly suitable for anyone looking for a stay which is central to Istanbul and looking to keep those taxi costs low.
