Elevator, 1 minute to tram stop, modern, spacious

My home is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the metro and tram. Transportation is very easy, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants are at your fingertips. My 1+1 apartment is simple, comfortable; there is everything you need in it. 4 people can stay comfortably. The building has an elevator, no luggage! It is important to me that my guests feel at home. I take care of cleanliness, the internet is fast, the kitchen has all the equipment suitable for cooking. You just need to pick up your luggage and come!

Balat is a historic and charming tourist destination located in the city. A bus stop is conveniently situated right in front of the house, and it’s just a 15-minute to reach the heart of the city, including popular areas like Taksim, Eminönü, and Karaköy. The accommodation is small but cozy, making it ideal for 1-2 people for a short stay. P.S: The terrace in the cover photo is a common area, there is no direct access from the apartment.
