Beachfront holiday rental in Bayview

It was a great place. My family and I were comfortable and the kids had plenty of things to do. I love the fact that we were so close to the beach. At was literally less than a hundred steps and we were on the beach.

I had an amazing time at Lee Ann’s place. It had beautiful views of the beach, was close to restaurants and coffee shops. Check-in and check out were a breeze, and there was great communication throughout. Would definitely book again! 😁

We had a wonderful time. The house had lots of space for my family of 14. It had 2 refrigerators, which was a big plus for us. We enjoyed the pool and all the extras. Hope to be back soon.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable! It’s a great location- very close to beach and lots of restaurants and businesses In walking distance .

Place was great and very clean

We had a great time despite bad weather. The condo was clean, lots of great kitchen supplies and overall very comfortable. The complex could use a little tlc as it’s showing its age but overall a nice stay.

Have been to S Padre before, however the view from the Balcony at this place was exactly as advertised. Lisa was very responsive and showed every effort for us to have an amazing stay! Will Hope to come back!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The beach was just a short walk away, which made everything even better. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this condo in South Padre Island, Texas. The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made check-in and any questions super easy. The location was perfect, and everything felt just as described. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting SPI, and I’d happily stay here again!

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%

My favorite part was the balcony and the views! The condo was great. It had everything that we needed. It was clean and well kept. Brittany was a great host. We would love to come back.

Recently stayed at this location and we loved it. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. He was checking in while also giving us our space. Great host highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful with a very well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal for quickly and easily getting to the beach and going to the Waterpark. We were also able to watch the SpaceX launch from the balcony and the living room. Would definitely try to get this place again if we come back to SPI.

Everything in the house was beautiful and incredibly clean. We really appreciated the beach chairs and other beach gear available for us to use it made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was also well-stocked with both beach and shower towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location couldn’t have been better just a short 13-minute walk to the grocery store and nearby shops, and only about 5 minutes to the beach. Plus, the house is conveniently situated between two beach access points, which made getting to the water super easy.

We loved everything about this place from the extremely comfortable beds, the bay view and dock perfectly suited for our paddleboarding adventures, and the proximity to the beach, which is about a 10 minute walk. Will definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Had tons of kitchen supplies, beds were comfy! Not far from the beach, you can see the bay from the balcony and close to everything. Definitely will be contacting Erika again when we come.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! It’s even closer to the beach than it looked in photos! Beautiful view as soon as you open the door. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop and home had everything we needed. WE LOVED THE BATHROOMS IN EVERY ROOM! The garage was big enough to park an suv in which is not always the case. Jennifer was really helpful and answered all of my questions

My family and I had a great 2 days at Lauren’s place. It was incredibly easy to find, instructions for check in and check out were very easy, Lauren was very responsive and helpful although we didn’t need much help since we had everything we needed and more at this great location. We loved the very short walk to the beach and the close proximity to EVERYTHING was amazing! This location was very private and quiet, we loved the access to the pool and took advantage of grilling at the BBQ area as well. I highly recommend Lauren’s place for your next visit to SPI, and my family and I look forward to returning as well.

The place was very spacious, and exactly as described. It had all the essentials even a hair dryer, which was a great touch! The TV already had apps ready to go, so we didn’t need to log into any of our personal accounts, which was super convenient. There was even ice available, which came in handy. The location was easy to find, with assigned parking that made things stress-free. The hosts were incredibly kind and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Monica's condo if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation. She is a great host and responds to quickly to questions. My husband and I traveled to SPI for a quick getaway. The first thing we noticed when walking into the condo is that it was spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is a corner unit with a large balcony where we enjoyed spending our evenings listening to the waves and one evening watching fireworks. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that the elevators were slow. I only noticed this during check-in because multiple people were checking in at the same time. Other than this we didn't wait long. The condo is located next to stairs which was also a convenient option. To sum things up, we had a great time and would love to stay at Monica's condo the next time we return to SPI!

What an AMAZING space in a convenient area. Antonio's condo is near everything this beach town offers yet tucked away in a private area with an absolutely beautiful view. The space was clean, felt safe, and it felt like home; especially important since I traveled with my 12yr old son and elderly mothet. I will definitely book again with Antonio and will refer others.
