Le Nid du Chardonneret est idéalement situé à proximité des Etangs de Baye et Vaux (500m à pied) et du canal du Nivernais. à proximité immédiate de multiples activités de plein air. Vue sur l’étang. Aux portes du Morvan et de nombreux sites touristiques (chantier médiéval de Guédelon, Vézelay, vignobles de Tannay et Pouilly, site archéologique de Compierre...) ce logement fera un bon pied à terre pour découvrir la région. Parfait pour les amateurs de nature ! Pêcheurs/randonneurs… Très calme.

Nearby, Chatillon-en-Bazois will welcome you for its shops and its castle surrounded by the Nivernais Canal. 30 minutes from Morvan, with its lakes and rivers. For food lovers, you can visit the cellars of the Loire Valley in 45 minutes (Sancerre/Pouilly).

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Accommodation including: 1 bathroom, a living room with kitchen area and a sofa bed (new bedding) 1 bedroom with a double bed, all on 1200 m2 of land on the 16 locks. Perfect location for walks, 3 km from the swimming area of the Baye pond! Linens are not provided.
