Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Beach of Durrës

This place really is a gem. The hosts were so incredibly communicative, listened to our 101 questions, gave proactive information and were just all around lovely people to talk to. We had an amazing time, the property is beautiful, easy to navigate and was wonderful for a large family with kids. Our area on the beach was easy and convenient, everything was just wonderful. I can't thank the hosts enough for their detailed support, patience, and surprises they had in the villa! They were so thoughtful. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay at this place.

Great place with a great host.

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Great Family Stay with a Heated Pool! We had a wonderful family trip at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Lots of space outside to run around, play any sports with the kids, grilling area and a large lounge area. The complimentary heated pool was a huge hit — our kids loved it, and it was great for relaxing as a family. Just a heads-up: the tile around the pool can be a little slippery when wet, so be cautious with little ones. Overall, a fantastic stay for a big family!

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Xhesika is a sociable and helpful person, I liked staying in her house, with a garden that is growing new plants and this made staying in her independent accommodation more interesting. You can park your car sheltered inside without having any worries. If you don't have a car there are all services nearby.

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

This was one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Albania. It is a perfect location with an amazing beach view and everything is just close by. Lots of food, supermarkets near the place. The room itself was very neat and well Maintained. Definitely worth the pay.

Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. As described. Great for our one week stay. Fast wifi. Very short walk to beach. (If google maps shows you a longer route, don't worry, it's not correct. You can just walk across the main street.) This apartment is one that was recently completed in a building that appears to be in varying stages of renovation. There was occasional hammering or drilling noise during the day. Also some noise from the family with children in the apartment above in the evenings. Quiet at night though. No problems. During our stay the building elevator was not working, and the oven in the apartment could not be used. If you need these features, I recommend asking the host if they're available. Host was always responsive and helpful when contacted. We would happily stay here again.

Absolutely great! We had an amazing time at this beach Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand — very convenient also for a family with young kids. Enjoying morning coffee or glass of wine on the patio added to this experience. Our host was great, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From helpful local tips to little touches around the home that made our stay extra comfortable, they went above and beyond. The time we spent in this apartment left a great positive impression. First of all, I want to especially note the hospitality and care of the hosts - Bledi met us with a sign at the airport and brought us to the apartment, on the way he told us a lot about this country and gave a lot of advice on how to organize a vacation - where to change money, buy groceries and what restaurants to go to. The apartment actually turned out to be even better than in the photos. Spacious, clean, many lighting options - you can create any atmosphere. The furniture is in excellent condition, the apartment has everything you need for life. The same is true in the kitchen - there were no difficulties with preparing food for the child. We were completely satisfied and will recommend the owners and the apartment to our friends - a spacious, clean, cozy apartment at the highest level!

Very happy with the apartment!! Kristi responded incredibly quickly and was flexible in relation to check-in, even though we arrived very late in the evening. It is incredibly nice to have a private terrace that also has the sun for most of the day

We were three people spending an extended weekend in Golem. Ina gave us a very warm welcome and was super flexible with the check-in time. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures—beautiful, clean, and modernly furnished. It has everything you need for both a short or longer stay! A real highlight is the large balcony and the private parking space, which is especially convenient if you have a rental car. The beach, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Ina also gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants, and she was always available if we had any questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for a month and honestly could have stayed a whole year! The apartment is exactly like the photos, very modern, clean, and comfortable. WiFi was strong for both of us working remotely and taking video calls (50/50 up/down). The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking here. The location of the apartment is perfect, right by the beach, with supermarkets/mini markets close by and a gym just a 6-minute drive away. Flora is an amazing host, super responsive and always there if you need anything. A big thank you to her for helping us out with a personal issue that wasn’t even related to the apartment and even translating for us. You've been a great help! We had no issues at all during our stay, but we know Flora would have fixed anything quickly if we would've had some issue. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and will check availability when we come back to Durres in the future!

Me and my friends stayed at Erda's accomodation. It was honestly so much better than we thought. The interiors with the fish is a big bonus! Except for the apartment, it's also super close to the beach and fantastic restaurants. If I'm going back to Albania, I know where to go!

We are very satisfied with our stay here. We unexpectedly still wanted to use bicycles and this was picked up quickly and kindly. Everything was possibly within walking distance. Busy to come that way by car.

Great location, everything you need within 5 min walk: restaurants, bus stop, supermarketem, Beach Bar. The beach was right in front of the property, so the view from the balony was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, the place was clean. We really enjoyed our stary here.

We cannot fault this Airbnb. The place was spotless, had everything we could have needed and the building felt safe. The host was amazing, so great at communicating and making recommendations around the local area. The location was brilliant - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The road is slightly loud at night, but it was not a problem for us. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is just as the description and very pleasant. Location was perfect for ease of walking to nearby restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Only thing to note is that being on the main road you do get traffic noise etc. Ivo was a great host and very responsive with all communications, but it did require me having mobile data to message him for check in information, so maybe get that sooner. I would definitely revisit and recommend this property.

The apartment was very comfortable and cool, even when it was hot outside we didn't need the aircon on. The apartment is right opposite an amazing beach with lots of lovely restaurants. It is easy to walk around. Aitanka was very charming and accommodating. She was so helpful when we needed taxis. I would 100% recommend her apartment.
