Very good owner Ermir In a city where power is always out, I suggest you stay in this apartment. The 1st floor is the best option (I was booked the 8th floor without elevator) 1.Very nice apartment，This apartment has 2 bedrooms and a large living room with 2 full bathroom. One kitchen and two balcony 2, the scenery is very good, facing the sea, there are different sunsets every day, very enjoy.Not blocked by other buildings. 3 There are and a lot of restaurants nearby, very high class area. 4, kitchen supplies are complete. Oven, microwave, washing machine... 5. There are free parking Spaces on the street 6. There is a beach downstairs where you can swim 7. Walk to the market area for 7 minutes. Recommend the best and safest apartment I found in the city. We will back soon.thanks

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in dit geweldige appartement. Het is er schoon en erg netjes zoals de foto's al aangeven. Het enige minpuntje vonden wij dat de gordijnen niet helemaal dicht konden en je bij zonsopkomst wakker word van het licht. Verder een top plek.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Kommunikation mit Armando war sehr einfach und freundlich. Er reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und kann hilfreiche Tips für die Umgebung (Restaurants, Verkehrsmittel etc.) geben. Die Unterkunft war leider nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, da sie nicht ausgeschildert war. Doch auch hier reagierte Armando direkt und antwortete sehr schnell und begrüßte uns persönlich an der Unterkunft.

We were very, very pleased with our stay at Enanda's place. It was beautifully appointed. It looks just like the photos. Some things photos can't capture are the quality of the bedding and the bed itself. Both were extremely comfortable, which I don't always find in AirBnb spaces. The towels were also of a high quality. The kitchen had everything we needed. The space was, indeed, squeaky clean. The view was outstanding. One thing to note that in Durres parking can be a little challenging, but there was a gentlemen downstairs that allowed us to park our car for 20 euro total for the duration of our stay - three nights. Our car was safe and he was very accommodating. There is a market just downstairs from Ananda's place and more restaurants than we knew what to do with! The beach is steps away and the water was wonderful. If you are looking for a vacation spot that is peaceful by day and active by night, this is an excellent option. And Enada's place seemed like one of the best!

Easily my best experience I ever had while traveling! The whole Cami family was very friendly and offered help and support in anything we needed. We stayed there for 10 days and there’s nothing negative I could say about the whole stay, if I ever travel to Durres again this will most definitely be the place where I’ll be staying!

Super cozy apartment for a long stay, a couple of things to keep in mind tho - there is a private yard right below the apartment, so get prepared to wake up to chiken wishing you a good morning in the loudest way 😅 Kitchen was equipped with everything you may need to prep a meal, lots of dishes and utensils to use so it was great. The bathroom could use some renovating since there was some mold in the shower + some random appearing small insects. Bedroom was fine, lots of spaces to keep your things at (one wardrobe door is missing tho, lol). All in all, the location is perfect and the apartment was totally worth the money. So despite the small room for improvement, would totally recommend staying here!

We stayed six nights at negrita’s place. We were kindly welcomed at the airport by her father and were transferred to the place right at the beach. He was very welcoming and helped us with everything right at the start. The apartment is right at the beach. It’s very well lit. Has a big balcony by the living room and a smaller balcony at the bedroom. Everything was just as described. We had an amazing view right at the beautiful beach from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay since the beach was right in front of us and we had plenty of restaurants downstairs to enjoy. It was also possible to cook at the Airbnb since there was everything that we needed. Everything was purchased at the super markets right downstairs at the apartment. We really fell in love with the apartment and Albania! Thank you negrita! We will for sure be coming again 🥰

violeta est une hôte très sympathique et au service de ses clients, l'appartement est propre et idéalement situé pour les familles, loin des endroits bondé de monde et au calme, la mer est à 150m, vous pouvez sortir du logement en maillot de bain et marché 3min pour arriver dans l'eau. nous avons passé un excellent sejour chez Violeta.

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre. Difficult parking, but easy access to the center. Beautiful interior, everything clean. Definitely TOP accommodation.

We were happy to spend time at this villa, which felt like at home. Area is very secure and quiet. Beach is 2 mins walk with some good places to eat. Kitchen was full of all possible amenities, including some free snacks and coffee. Internet service was great. Communication with host was very smooth and friendly. We would highly recommend this place for a family to enjoy Albania!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Super ophold

Halil is a great host and his villa is peaceful place in a wonderful garden. There is enough private parking area. Halil lit a barbecue for us in the garden and we cooked our meal. I strongly recommend.

A wonderful calm apartment in the city center of Durres. You can sit outside in the private yard and enjoy warm summer evenings or go for a walk to different cafes and restaurant around. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

La casa rispecchia a pieno le foto, molto bella e molto comoda, bella vista sul mare, un po’ difficile e faticoso arrivare all’alloggio a piedi ma noi avevamo la macchina quindi non ci sono stati problemi, siamo stati molto bene. Per il check in e il check out non ci sono stati intoppi molto veloce e facile. Consiglio questo alloggio!

Alban was a great host and went above what most host would do. he took us to the grocery store one a week. He was available when we had questions or concerns. He showed us around the neighborhood. It's a very quiet neighborhood. We'll be back.

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Durrës was just perfect! The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes from the beach and with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Our host Juli was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was always available, provided us with great tips for the area and made our stay unforgettable. You can tell that he attaches great importance to making her guests feel at home. We had a great stay at this flat in Durrës! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was just as described, and the hosts were super friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of recommendations and were flexible with our late arrival. We will definitely come back!

The apartment is just as the description and very pleasant. Location was perfect for ease of walking to nearby restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Only thing to note is that being on the main road you do get traffic noise etc. Ivo was a great host and very responsive with all communications, but it did require me having mobile data to message him for check in information, so maybe get that sooner. I would definitely revisit and recommend this property.
