The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Situated in heart of Lisavaird Counytrside, our home is located next door to the birthplace of Michael Collins,a historical figure and a local hero.Our self contained apartment overlooks his birthplace and we also provide literary information to enable newcomers learn more about him. We are close to four immediate beaches, cinema and excellent restaurants. There are wondeful food markets on Friday, through to Sunday in the surrounding areas.
