Downtown and airport 20 minutes away. Owners Lee and Scherry live on site in a connected, private, self contained apartment. House can accomodate up to 7 guests. Basic price is for 4 guests. The cottage is about 15 minutes to downtown or to Lake Travis, in a non incorporated neighborhood with less street lights, more star gazing and great bird watching! You will most likely wake up to birds chirping and see hawks, blue jays and cardinals among others. Maybe deer too if you're lucky.

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
