The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

I have just put in this apartment. So everything is new. A very relaxing view of the lake from a private patio. Also, if you are lucky, you can see deer that come through early morning or late evening. My location is off 22, 1.4 miles south of 8 Mile Rd. Eight Mile Rd runs off 22 and 31. I am across the street from the lake. Second house on the right on private paved drive . I have a black bear mailbox at the end of my driveway. Makes it easy to know where to turn into the drive.

An exceptional weekend in a beautiful, tranquil setting. The house was lovely, comfortable, and exceptionally clean! My daughter-in-law described the weekend as "perfect." The beach is just a short walk away, and we practically had it all to ourselves. Michael was incredibly helpful—offering great suggestions for local restaurants and responding quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely be returning!

Carrie and Matt hosted our family in their portable trailer for our family Of four. We dropped the ball on other bookings, and declined others due to high cleaning rates. The location was perfect as I am from Onekama, which is basically down the road. We arrived fairly late so it was setup for us to get settled and get some rest quickly. They have a dog and two cats that our daughter really enjoyed, as well as being surprised by the roaming chickens. We were free to use the pool which was a huge hit for all of us. There is a tv that doesn’t have service but a dvd player with some dvd’s which allowed us to watch Back To The Future on numerous occasions throughout the weekend! All in all a cool experience and are open to future bookings.

Kathleen is an excellent communicator and very accommodating. We were able to ride our snowmobiles directly to the house from the trail. Les than 1/8 of a mile from the trail head. Very close to a great convenience store and gas station, and an excellent restaurant/bar. Priced very well. I highly recommend for snowmobiling.

My boys and I only spent one evening here, and there all we needed to know we will be back. If you are looking for a quiet rustic get away, but only a short drive from some of the best beaches along Lake Michigan, this is your place. Set up home base and go out and explore. Traverse city is not too far, but aside from that there are plenty of local places to find groceries and everything you need. The Farm was comfortable, clean, and had everything we could want. WiFi, TV, all the cooking supplies, air conditioning, it was all there. There is a gigantic library of books if you love to read. Board games and more…. We enjoyed an evening of campfire and smores. The hosts are the best people and were so accommodating and friendly. Truly a great experience, we were sad we couldn’t stay longer.
