Château de Meauce, Maison du vigneron (Winegrower's House)

The house known as the Vigneron du Château de Meauce is located opposite and at the foot of the Château; it is classified as a Historic Monument and is located on the classified natural site of the Bec d'Allier (confluence between the Loire and the Allier). The house dates from the 16th century and was used to house the family of the master winemaker, then the seamstress of the castle. Relax in this unique and quiet house at the foot of the Allier River (private beaches of the castle 100 meters walk from the door of the house).

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

"Like a holiday atmosphere..." Villa with swimming pool, spa and veranda. Its wooded garden and veranda give it a country feel while being close to shops. From the sunny days, you can enjoy its swimming pool from May to September. And in the meantime, you can relax in the balneo bathtub or you can cocoon in front of a wood fire (or not, there is also electric heating). Closed and enclosed parking in the garage or in the large private driveway.

Completely renovated house in an old barn and farm stable. Come and enjoy a stay in our large-capacity establishment with a beautiful volume of rooms. You can stay up to 12 people. Four bedrooms available (two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs) with two bathrooms and a sofa bed. Peaceful and friendly place. Located 2.5 km from the Magny Cours circuit. Ideally located for motor sports enthusiasts and others.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
