Ideal for families and cyclists, located in a quiet residential area, the property features a large, fenced-in garden measuring 1,500 m², perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility. You can also enjoy a terrace with a pergola for meals in the shade. This spacious and well-designed house features 3 bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans on the ground floor and an air-conditioned master suite upstairs with a bathroom and toilet.

Villa Louis Jou (rated 3 stars by Provence Tourisme) is located in a residential area (25 minutes walk from the historic center or the train station /3 minutes by car). You will have a garden, a balcony, a terrace, and a private above-ground swimming pool measuring 5m x 3.50m from June to September. The apartment is 96 m² and is on the second floor. It sleeps up to 7 people. No pets allowed. Free outdoor parking including a reserved space in front of the gate .

Ambiance cosy et intimiste, parfaite pour un séjour détente ou une escapade romantique. Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avec réactivité et discrétion !

Nice little south-facing villa, 6-minute walk from the city center, with enclosed and wooded garden, 6 m x 4 wooden swimming pool, consisting of a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher; gas hob, a large bedroom with double bed 160 (new memory foam bedding), second bedroom with double bed (on memory foam mattress), living room with sofa bed and large screen TV. Great for staying with family or friends, only one pet allowed air conditioning

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
