Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine est une ville dans l’Aube (10), située à 20kms de Provins et 100kms de Paris. Ce petit duplex chaleureux et douillet est situé au 1er étage près de l’église à Nogent sur Seine. Refait à neuf, il lui reste un stigmate de son ancienne vie, les escaliers sont très étroits et raides, et les marches sont courtes. Il a malgré tout été rénové par Maytop (concours Lépine), qui l’a sécurisé grâce à des nez de marches anti-dérapants. Toutefois, je le déconseille aux enfants.

Composed of two rooms, in the first is the living room equipped with a kitchen area with dining table and 2 chairs, as well as a sofa area and TV. Then, in the second, there is the bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, with a shower room right next door. (Non-smoking accommodation)
