Named for the 250 year old huge live oak in the front yard, the Island Treehouse is down the street from the beach. Extensively renovated space including new central AC is open and relaxing with a private deck overlooking a lush garden. Large, relaxing outdoor shower. You’ll love the town, restaurants, bike paths, public boat ramp, friendly people. Bogue Pier within walking distance for sightseeing or ocean fishing. Emerald Isle is known for having beautiful beaches, safe biking trails, and public parks with boating/fishing access allowing for a great vacation experience. Our 3 bedroom 3 bath with additional sleeping loft (5 beds total ) is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach, Bogue Inlet Pier, restaurants and shopping . The cottage offers a private stone patio and upper decks to enjoy the breeze. A private beach neighborhood access is at the end of the block, just a 3-5 minute walk.
