We had a great time. The accommodation is located in the countryside, it is very calm and full of charm. The accommodation was clean and located in the middle of many interests (caves, castles, villages, ...). Amanda was very responsive and welcoming despite a late arrival from us. The hot tub is very nice after a long day of sightseeing. We would recommend the place without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay with friends! Audrey and Michel are very welcoming and friendly hosts. They took the time to explain and show us around the house upon arrival. The cottage is very beautiful, very clean and functional. It has everything for children, the environment is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Also, the area is really beautiful. We'll be back:)

I had a lovely Christmas with friends, in this well-located and very clean house. Joël and Pascale are very nice and give good information about the area. We'll be happy to go back.

Absolutely perfect stay at Nyree and Jeff's 🌿 Two hosts as we rarely meet: human, warm, discreet, smiling, of genuine kindness. We immediately feel that we are welcomed with kindness and attention. The accommodation was impeccable: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and above all exceptionally quiet. A true haven of peace. Special mention for the garden, maintained to perfection - a little corner of paradise conducive to total rest. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this rejuvenating stay. I'll be back without a second thought.

Perfect accommodation for a total rest, very pleasant. It is in the middle of several iconic places to visit, which allows you to do a lot of things in a weekend! The breakfasts we ordered are excellent, thank you again! We'll be happy to go back!

What a fabulous gite in a wonderful location to explore the best of the Dordogne. 10 minutes from Terrasson, a beautiful old town on the river, spoilt for choice for great restaurants… or simple chilled evenings taking in the views. Jenny (& Fleur) is the perfect host, going above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay. Not intrusive but if you a fancy a glass of wine she will be on hand! (thank you for ours) We would return in a heartbeat and hopefully soon. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at april and max’s (4 adults and a 1 and 4 year old). The house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting with lots of lovely places a short drive away. April and Max were such warm and kind hosts - we had a minor incident with one of our children while on holiday and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed with great facilities - we felt it was better in real life than the pictures. We would definitely return if coming back to the area 😊

a 4-day weekend with friends we had a great stay lots of things to visit the river is nice and Christine was very kind everything was there we plan to come back next summer to visit a little more and be able to recharge. Thank you again

Our short stay at Isabelle’s was exactly what we needed - quiet, deep in nature, surrounded by the scent of vegetation after rain in the night, eating on the terrace. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and fully equipped. I wish we could have stayed for at least a week!!

Very pleasant stay in this small cottage, very well furnished, with everything, including food! Very discreet hosts but very attentive to well-being. Peaceful and serene setting that we will be happy to return to on a future trip!

Walnut gîte was exactly as described. We had a wonderful 5 days and particularly loved the pool, the outlook and the location. We were close enough to do all sights and still able to come back to the peace and quiet in the afternoons for a swim in the pool and a glass of wine on the terrace. Carolyn was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. Thank you!

A brilliant and beautiful Gite with the best hosts. Can't wait to come back. Hosts are so good that they went above and beyond the call of duty and even managed to organise someone to come and collect my car and get two new tyres fitted and receiver to the Gite. he even left his car for the two hours in case we needed one. Great hosts beautiful Gite. My advice is simple-book now !

An excellent location to explore everything the Dordogne region has to offer. I couldn't recommend Elizabeth's establishment highly enough. I will certainly be making a return visit.

Staying with Carl and Tara was a highlight of our road trip. Too much to say in a little review like this, but suffice it to say, you won’t regret staying here 1 bit. I’m sure we’ll be back!

We had a lovely stay in a green and super quiet environment. Louise hosted us very warmly and was very available. And we would like to highlight all her small delicate touches during the stay. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and functional. Small certainly but we spent a lot of time outside and especially in the very pleasant garden. 🙂 The setting completely seduced us, surrounded by nature and quiet. It was perfect

Can’t rate this place highly enough! It is the most wonderful place; blissful and beautiful views all so calm and perfect setting. The house is immaculate very clean with lovely interiors, comfortable beds and lovely bedding. If you are looking for a fantastic place that you don’t want to leave this could be it; just perfect. Jean-Xavier is lovely and extremely helpful.

We had a great time, a soothing environment with breathtaking views. A cottage can be more pleasant, cozy and very well equipped. A wood burning stove that gives a real charm to the cottage as well as its pool. Our hostess's recommendations were good advice. A beautiful area that will easily fall in love with and a pleasant local population. Lots of places to visit all of great beauty.

A wonderful cottage with a lot of comfort. Beautiful location. Lots of interesting things to visit within a half hour drive. Frank is a great host. He knows a lot and is very helpful. This address is a top place.

We have just spent 6 days here and can honestly say it was a wonderful time. We thought the photos looked great but it really did exceed our expectations and is absolutely stunning in the ‘flesh’. After a long, hot drive, to sit at the bar by the pool chatting with Tracey and Gavin was a fabulous start to our holiday. The accommodation is just perfect in every way and I don’t think we will ever find more comfortable beds. The gite is situated in a beautiful spot and also within easy distance of the many other amazing sights of the Dordogne. Tracey and Gavin are the most friendly, welcoming and generous of hosts, nothing is too much trouble and we left knowing we have made lovely new friends. We shall definitely be returning next year. Maggie & Phil
