Studio Eden-Azur

The 25 m² studio is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. It features a small balcony and offers access to a supervised swimming pool in the residence, open from June to October. Inside, you’ll find a walk-in shower, a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi connection. Bed linen and towels are provided. North-facing exposure. There is no private parking space, but street parking is available. You should pay from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a weekly parking pass available for €20.

A hidden gem. After spending many happy holidays at the apartment, we have decided to let it out for others to enjoy. It is a lovely ground-floor apartment in beautiful Beaulieu-sur-Mer, on the Cote d'Azur, between Nice and Monaco. It has been completely redecorated and equipped in 2023-25 to meet the needs of our guests. It benefits from a fantastic private courtyard terrace, secure underground parking and being a 5 minute walk from the beach. A great place to relax and from which to explore.

The fully refurbished apartment is a 3-min. walk from the train station and a 5-min. walk from the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries. It is quiet with a view on the park. Two balconies allow the morning and afternoon sun to light up the rooms. Open dressings are fitted in both bedrooms and at the entrance. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate small room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave & dishwasher. Private parking on the premises (4m60 max)

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
