Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. The authentic manoir de Puyval near Beaune

A large authentic style manor, located between the vineyards of Beaune and those of the “Côte Chalonnaise”, spacious enough to welcome your family or friends and discover the great wines, gastronomy and charm of Burgundy and its villages. This old vineyard house with a lot of character can easily accommodate up to 14 people. There is a heated pool with large terraces that offers lovely views accross the park. The pool is equipped with a safety cover and an outdoor pool shower.

Come and recharge your batteries with family, friends or for small seminars in this house from the 2010s. The main room of the house is 80 m² (Kitchen/Living room/Billiards). The house has 5 bedrooms upstairs, each with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 200 bed. Two are equipped with a shower room. The terrace is equipped for 15 people, there are 2 gas grills. The heated pool (27°) is open all year round, covered from October to May (these dates may vary depending on the weather).

Unheated private pool (June to September), double bedroom in the cottage, in outbuilding opposite the cottage (5 m): 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom 2 single beds with shared shower room, ideal for holidays, family weekends, not for groups of friends. Free street parking in front of the house.

Access to the garden and swimming pool is inside the property and is shared with holidaymakers staying in the other gîte on the property. At the foot of the vines

A newly renovated 30 m² apartment in the heart of the Puligny-Montrachet vineyard, renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. You can enjoy walks, use the barbecue, and then have a drink in peace. The courtyard is closed for your vehicle. A key box is available for your convenience. I wish you a very pleasant stay.

The "4 B", rare in Beaune center. Nature and beach

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property.
