Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. Nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises, in Cominac (1h40 from Toulouse), this private cottage of 70 m², restored with elegance, offers a total immersion in the forest with views of Mont Valier. Living room with glass window, fireplace, friendly kitchen, spacious bedroom and Japanese cedar bath. Enjoy a spring water pool, heated jacuzzi and outdoor areas (BBQ, pétanque). Linens, robes, towels included.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
