This very special 1 bedroom is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Its location is undoubtedly the best. You won't have to walk up countless stairs like 99% of the other properties in the area. The location is actually better than 90% of properties located in Monaco. Unbeatable location at only 2 minutes walk to the Casino square of Monaco. The space is also extremely quiet with direct access to a very peaceful communal courtyard. The apartment was just fully renovated and is fitted with a roll down shutter. The apartment is on the second floor directly accessible by elevator. All of Monaco's hotspots are within 5 minutes walking distance. The building is fully secured with a doorman and access control.

Charmant appartement situé à la frontière de Monaco, rénové d'une superficie de 45 mètres carré au **3ème étage sans ascenseur** dans un immeuble paisible. Composé d'une pièce de séjour avec cuisine américaine, un chambre, une salle de bain avec douche, un WC et un balcon. Important!!! Actuellement, à côté un immeuble est en cours de construction. Du bruit est présent dans la journée et peut vous gêner. Je tiens à vous prévenir.
