Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Nicolas is nice, and the house is lovely, I would greatly recommend if you want to spend some time with friends ans family by the pool :)

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Hands down the best location in Monte Carlo! About 5 minutes walk to everything- Metropole shopping center, all the restaurants, bus stop and the casino. Quiet street yet right in the center of all the action. Great views from the apartment. Stocked with all the necessary amenities (thanks for the abundant Nespresso supply!) Our group of 3 stayed for a week and enjoyed every single day. Already planning to return and would stay nowhere else but here in Jerome’s unit. Bonus points: Jerome is friendly and very responsive 👍🏼

I recently stayed at this lovely rental unit in Beausoleil and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is exactly as described—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to both Beausoleil and nearby Monaco. It was convenient to explore the area, and I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood felt at night. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, making the whole process smooth. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for everyone.

Fabulous location in a neighborhood close to the covered market and supermarkets, a 15-20 minute walk to either the Casino or the Convention center where we attended a congress. It’s on the hillside of Beausoleil but Monaco has many strategically placed elevators and escalators that make it easier to get to the upper neighborhoods without having to climb too many stairs. Great, responsive and helpful hosts. A bit of noise at night from a couple of eateries on the street below but we’d be happy to come back again. Thanks!

We had a great 2-day stay at this accommodation. Everything was spotless: clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The host was particularly attentive and responsive. The recommendations for getting around the city as well as the restaurant suggestions were really valuable and greatly contributed to the success of the stay. I recommend this address without hesitation and I will be happy to come back!

Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Also extremely convenient to Monaco. The neighborhood is very quiet with only residences around. The balcony had amazing views of Monaco and the sea. Arthur was always very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the region.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Alissa was very friendly and responsive and helped us with directions around Monte-Carlo, there’s elevators close by to get down into Monaco which she helped us find. The studio was clean and well-furnished with a great price in comparison to other accommodation in the area. Nice, peaceful neighbourhood… we really enjoyed our stay here ☺️

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.
