CITRA code 011022-LT-0083. Experience the thrill of staying in a bright 17th-century house, in the heart of a village a few meters from the sea. Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. The house has an adjacent and free private garage, a real rarity in Ligurian villages where the few public parking spaces available are for a fee.

Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope you bring good luck to couples as it was for my grandparents🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

Federica was so welcoming and helpful! Her apartment was absolutely wonderful, in the perfect location, and the views of Camogli were stunning! The place had every amenity you can think of. She communicated with us during our stay and while we made excursions to other nearby towns including Portofino and Genova, she offered excellent recommendations for everything. Sometimes when staying in an Airbnb, you can tell the difference between hosts who just want your money, and hosts who want to be sure you have a wonderful stay. Federica is the latter! She was so attentive and went out of her way to make sure our stay was the best it could be. We highly recommend her!

Villa Lina, Luxury Farmhouse with Pool and Amazing

Villa Lina was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The house was clean, had new and comfortable bedding, had plenty of space for our family, and the view was outstanding. The place is very private, high up on the hill, but with the instructions from our host we had no trouble finding it, even in the dark. The driveway is about 1/4 mile, steep, with parts of it gravel, and has several sharp turns, but we made it no problem with the small jeep we rented (without 4WD). Just take it slow. It is about a 15 minute drive back down to the town center of Lucca and the train station and 10 minutes to a grocery store. The back roads are very narrow until you get to a main road so use caution and we were lucky enough that others backed up for us when we met on the narrow spots. The view and seclusion were well worth the drive up for us. If you want an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, but also a short drive to a neat town and a train station, Villa Lina is a great choice!

Wonderful location. The direct access to the A. Garibaldi promenade is great. The apartment offers everything to feel comfortable immediately. The kitchen contains all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal yourself and to enjoy the food on the balcony under the sound of the sea. We greatly appreciated this. Communication with Davide was very appreciative. We received all the necessary information promptly. Thank you very much and we will be happy to come back to this beautiful place.
