Détendez-vous dans ce cottage calme et élégant avec vue sur les écuries, les chevaux et la vallée, magnifique à chaque saison. Le gîte est bien isolé et reste frais pendant les canicules, il est classé 3*, sans taxe de séjour. Le Haras des Souches n'est pas un centre équestre. L'entrée est indépendante de la longère Normande que je viens de restaurer. Situé sur 4ha en lisière de forêt. A 3km de Pavilly, sur l' axe Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens- Le Havre. Le Parking est privé, fermé par un portail.

Nous vous acceuillons au sein de notre propriété de 5500m2, dans notre Tiny House tout comfort pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Vous disposez d une cuisine équipée , 1 lit double en mezzanine, 1 lit superposé esprit cabane, 1 salle de bain avec grande douche, une terrasse permettant de dejeuner ou diner en exterieur. Pour vos enfants, un trampoline, une balancoire, but de foot, jeux, BD, et guides à disposition . Les draps et le linge de toilette sont fournis.Le menage est inclus dans le prix

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.
