It has 6 bedrooms, a sauna and cinema in the basement and a small indoor playroom for children.

House ideally located in downtown Beauvais, out of sight, on the edge of a river. It has a pleasant living room on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, and upstairs a beautiful double bedroom, a mountain corner for two people leading to the bathroom with double sink, toilet and spacious shower. The sunny terrace bordered by the watercourse is partially sheltered. Everything is enclosed by walls and secure. Free parking nearby.

Accommodation located in a pleasant village with a bakery, convenience store, butcher and tobacco bar. Beauvais-Tillé Airport is 15 minutes away. The accommodation is independent of the main house.
