The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The rate shown is for 4 people if + an additional charge of €40/adult and 30 for children under 17 years old and free for infants - 2 years to be paid on site, no visits or parties or nighttime noise

If you'd like a relaxing and quiet stay, you've found the right place. I offer you a small Studio for 1 or 2 people located in the Pilat Natural Park, at the Croix Régis pass in the commune of HAIES. Babies are also welcome: on request, I will install a baby bed and a small bathtub. The studio is located 10 km from Givors, Rive de Gier, Condrieu, Vienne and Loire sur Rhône. Trains from Givors station reach Lyon Part Dieu in 18 minutes.

Nature spot, quiet, in the heart of a small village, ideal for couples with 2 children. Accommodation with: - bedroom, double bed, desk (ethernet connection with fiber) - large living room, equipped kitchen, sofa bed 190 x 130 - terrace with table, chairs, shaded by the laurel - petanque court 30 minutes from Lyon, 10 minutes from Givors train station, 20 minutes from Vienne. Walk in the Lyonnais and Pilat mountains.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.
