Highfield Bungalow sits in the heart of the South Downs, located on our own farmland, a light and airy single story building offering 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area with large dining table, sofa and sofa bed for additional guests. There are stunning views of the surrounding countryside from the lounge area, bedrooms. The adjoining terrace is the perfect spot to dine al fresco whilst enjoying the views. The lawn area has a games store and private hot tub.

Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious ancient dovecote in a gorgeous peaceful countryside setting, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Private heated swimming pool available in summer. Upstairs there is a luxurious super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV and downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Flat in Winchester

A modern 1 bedroom flat within a 20-25min walk of the historic town centre of Winchester and the Winchester train station. Buses also run regularly in to town. The flat is separate from the main house and is light and modern. It has a king bed and fully fitted kitchen. Winchester is a beautiful city with lots of historic sites to explore, including the Cathedral and Great Hall, there are also beautiful walks through the countryside and the well known Christmas Market from late November.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.
