Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Beaver County

Would definitely love to stay at David and Kathy’s if ever up near Pittsburgh again! Area was great, restaurants were walkable and AMAZING. Thank you for such a great place to relax after coming home from the US Open golf tournament!

Lyle has a very nice and convenient location. Spotless cleaning, and nice amenities for an overnight. We were at a Pitt Race driving event, this is one of the closest airbnbs, about 15 minute drive.

Beautiful place! Was extremely pleased with all the little extras that were in the home for our use. There was candy, water, chips, fresh coffee beans with a grinder, nice soap and hair products, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and so much more! One big thing that usually aren’t common in other places I’ve stayed in is comfortable beds with nice pillows and this place had both! Also, the water is very hot so you can actually take a very nice hot shower. The coffee bar was so pleasant with several liquid flavors and syrups as well as herbal teas to choose from too. We grilled out and there were spices for everything we needed. The hot tub was very well maintained to mention and also plenty of clean towels. We did our laundry before returning home and detergent was also included. All the TV’s were nice sized equipped with ROKU to include Netflix, Disney, etc. Check out The National Bird Avery while in town. That’s why we came. Check in was very easily with no hassle. Will return.

10/10 recommend! This little cottage was perfect! We were in town for my niece’s graduation and the family house had too many people already. We needed something close by and dog friendly. This quaint cottage had five star perks! Early check-in without asking. No list of chores required before leaving and no cleaning fee! Personalized letter upon arrival and a gift! They provided water bottles in the fridge. The entire cottage was extremely clean! They had a variety of shampoo, conditioners, and body washes. Dog towels provided! The picture of the backyard is understated and is much bigger in person. It was peaceful and quiet after all the graduation activities! I didn’t get to use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. Checking in and out was extremely easy and Bob was great! Additional info: street parking only, but we had no issues! Bed might be a tad firm for some. Last, you do have to walk up two sets of semi-steep steps to get to the cottage, which could be hard for some.

The best stay! She was always on top of any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I worked long hours so she even took a package to the UPS store for me. The sweetest woman!

We travel pretty frequently and I can confidently say that this was my favorite airbnb. The home and it's surroundings are idyllic. We loved the pond, which had an insane amount of fish. We also loved the hiking trails that surround the property. The kitchen was also extremely well stocked. It had a large crock pot, a blender, a hand mixer, a large stainless steel water bowl for the dogs, a garlic press, martini strainer etc. Just a lot of little things that you rarely see in airbnbs. I have nothing but great things to say about Nicole and her home and if we're ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here again. Who knows, we might even make a special trip!

The home was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean, warm and inviting. My family loved staying here. It is fairly close to our family in Cranberry so we'll likely stay here again. We stayed here previously. It is nice having the extra space with the loft for the kids. Our daughter just wanted to continuously climb up and down the spiral staircase. This is a very good option for people that need to be in Monaca.

Very cute space. Had everything I needed to prepare for a trail race. Cute downtown with lots of options for dining or DoorDash. Would rent again if I come back to the area!

We loved staying here! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary cleaning supplies and the location was amazing! Loved to explore the downtown area.

Michelle and her dad, Mike, were great hosts! Their apartment is roomy and well equipped. It was a good fit for a family of three, but I wouldn't recommend it for two couples as there's only one bathroom (with a great shower). It's got plenty of workspace, including a full desk, and the underground parking was easy to access. I'd recommend this apartment highly and would be happy to stay there again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was just as pictured and a short uber ride to everything we wanted to see in the city. Hosts were super responsive and even though the unit was close to busier parts of the city, it was super quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay here again next time we find ourselves in Pittsburgh!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at Kelly Jane’s in Wilkinsburg, Pittsburgh It is near our daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law’s which is why we chose it to begin with. But we also loved the apartment—2 bedrooms and it is very clean, pretty quiet, and extremely well furnished. It is probably the best equipped rental I have ever seen. Everything you would need is provided. She has thought of everything. She is always responsive in communications and her instructions are clear. My sister stayed with us here for the first time and she thought it was great too. We really enjoyed our stay.

I needed a place last minute for work and this place worked out great!

This place was very clean and beautiful. The parking is right underneath the building and there is a starbucks right in the building. There is also a bar and restaurant in the same building under Marriott hotel. It is very convenient and we enjoyed ourselves. The host is very responsive if you need anything. Thanks for hosting us. I would definitely come back.
