Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

The tower has a 32 square meter terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

Casa Groga is located on the first floor of a small new apartment building in a central location of Tübingen-Lustnau. It is located directly on the main road, Wilhelmstraße, and just 2 km from Tübingen city center. This can be reached on foot or comfortably by bus. A stop is right outside the front door.
