There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. Nice and quite large balcony with a beautiful view comes with the apartment. The basic kitchen utensils are available for use. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, as well as shampoo & shower gel to get round the first days supplied

The approx. 37 m² non-smoking apartment has a hallway, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a kitchenette in the large dining and bedroom. It is equipped with underfloor heating, controlled ventilation system, Wi-Fi and TV. The bus connections are 15 minutes away. Tübingen city traffic is excellent. Rest in nature is right outside the door.

From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.
