Absolutely centrally located, between the airport and the city center in the S.I. Centrum! Musicals, discos, restaurants, pubs, cafes, bars, as well as a casino are located DIRECTLY in the S.I. Centrum. But don't worry: on the 14th floor, you are absolutely undisturbed! The apartment is magical and elegant. There is a double bed. An extra 3rd mattress would be available. One half of the closet contains my clothes, the other half is at your disposal. It is mentioned because this was recently criticized.

Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).
