Great stay at Kim's house! Ideal for groups and/or families visiting the area for a sports tournament for example, as it is a great alternative to hotels. The house is located in a quiet and very central area, within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, bar, etc., and within walking distance of other amenities like grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The huge kitchen (and its two fridges!) is super convenient for cooking and eating as a group. Everything is new and very clean! Kim responded quickly to the questions we had and all the instructions and directions were clear and helpful. We will definitely go back if the opportunity to do it again!

Very good in general, good location, large terrace and well equipped. Small downside on the basement room, no window so not very safe in case of fire.

Honestly, I loved my stay! The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, super cozy and really warm. The air conditioning made everything even more pleasant, especially with the outside heat. You feel at home as soon as you enter. It's a place where you want to stay longer. Thanks to Warren for the welcome and impeccable service. And honestly, if I could give 6 stars, I would do it with great pleasure! I would recommend it without hesitation and will be back as soon as I can.

Great apartment. I liked the covered parking 5 feet from the door, very convenient for bringing in and taking out luggage. Charlotte was accommodating and answered all my questions.

Outside for aquatic enthusiasts, everything is there. Terrace with fireplace, etc... as shown in the photos. If you are looking for calm, the dock by the lake will delight you; the house is located in the heart of the village which is quite busy and noisy during the day (that's life) but around 8:00 p.m. everything is quieter; everything is central, everything is done on foot, grocery store, etc... You won't have a view of the lake from inside, you have to leave the house and go to the grounds. There was only one exit from the house, no emergency exit, maybe the windows adjacent to the sidewalk were one. I enjoyed my stay, the hosts were very helpful and I recommend it to everyone according to your needs, everything is there.

Very nice apartment, nice location. The premises were clean and comfortable. There are many steps, but it was well indicated in the listing and there is a possibility of going through the interior (as many steps, but less slippery in a context of rain outside). We would definitely go back!

My friend and I spent a weekend in Kari's condo. The condo was clean and spacious, and Karim was really quick to communicate with us if we needed to ask anything. Stoneham is a really cute little town outside of Quebec, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

We made a two-day stopover. Impeccable apartment, modern, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bedding. A more than pleasant bacon terrace with beautiful river views. However, the second bedroom is a little small. I recommend this beautiful wooded place

Nathalie is really deserving to be a super-host with 5-6 stars , she is always responsive and proactive , the apartment is clean and everything is available , location is amazing with easy checkout , the surrounding is super cool at summer , my family like it as well , for sure this is my preferred place in the upcoming visits to Quebec city

Great stay. We traveled with our 4 children (6 months to 8 years old). The condo was very spacious for the family. The location is perfect for enjoying nature and the activities of Quebec City (20-25 min). We are seriously considering returning in the winter season to ski.
