Beachfront holiday rental in Becici beach

We had a great stay. The view from the apartment was beautiful. Could not have asked for a better stay.

A lovely apartment with great views of Kotor Bay, great for a boat pick up for the tour. Olga and the team are very friendly and helpful, you’ll enjoy your stay.

Beautiful surrounding, peaceful and quiet, private, yet very close to the busy areas and just couple minutes from the main walkway and beaches either private or public. 2 supermarkets are also just minutes away so no need to use the car. Hosts are polite, respecting your privacy but always there if you need anything. I really enjoyed the whole month spent there.

It was a wonderful house. It was like our own home. We were extremely sensitive about cleanliness. Even if you examine it in detail for hours, you will not see any dirt. It's very cute, you can be very comfortable. It was a house with air conditioning in every room. & Thank you for everything Our host was very kind and helpful. You can rent it with peace of mind. The view was also beautiful. I won't forget this experience

We loved our stay at this place, Jelena was so so kind and had a great personality (also has a super cute dog ❤️). The apartment was exactly as described and shown in pictures, comes with a secluded patio where you can chill as well. Overall, loved everything about it and would recommend to anyone who comes to Budva to stay here!

It is a superb location to stay at in Budva. The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is great and you can chill out on it. The Dukley estate is a high-class property that includes a secluded area packed with a luxury hotel, private apartments, restaurants, spa salons and a beach. There is a free golf cart transportation inside the gated community of Dukley and our favorite part - a free boat departing from Dukley to the old town of Budva every hour. There is a pedestrian tunnel that starts under the Dukley leading to the beaches in Budva or on the other side of Dukley there is a Becici beach in a 10 minute walking distance. Parking inside is paid and expensive (there is an hourly option (2 euro/hour) and day parking at Dukley Hotel (30 euro). We parked inside for one night only and then managed to park in a free spot on the road below the Dukley place (Becici side). In the evening there are some spots available if you are lucky.

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Perfect accommodation for our group of 9! The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location was ideal and we loved the pool. The only negative points were that the wifi was malfunctioning and one of the showers was leaking.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

A very nice flat, 2 min away from the sea. Clean, new, registration service. The only thing we did not enjoy was the Construction site. But Becici now is being constructed rapidly.

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

As a female guest travelling alone, I spent a wonderful week in Dan's apartment. It's simply stunning - built to a high spec, is well stocked and maintained, quiet and secure. The wider development set rules that residents and guests seem to follow, creating a pleasant, respectful environment. If you want a proper swim, being able to access the beautiful, pebbly beaches with free use of the loungers and luxurious towels is a real benefit. There are lots of restaurants on site but if you decide to self cater the supermarket is not excessively pricey (as long as you bypass the premium imported brands) Be aware that they do seem to experience some stock issues with fresh goods, so you may need to be creative or check the freezer! The Bakery is better for those items. Dan and Jovan were both responsive and helpful, making my last minute booking less stressful and enabling me to get the most out of my break. I would love to return (another massage at The Chedi would be an essential!)

Everything was as described. Andrea's family welcomed us very kindly. At the end of our stay, everyone was treated to a piece of homemade cake.

Zoran was a very caring host, he responded quickly to our questions. It was a home center, 5 minutes' walk from Budva old town and Mogren beaches. It was also very nice to be able to watch the Adriatic sea view from the balcony. Having a parking lot was a big advantage for us. The house was spotless and everything was thought of in the kitchen. Chocolate and confectionery were very thoughtfully prepared, thank you

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

Everything was very nice for us from the moment we entered the house. He even made us forget a bad trip with his gesture. The conversation, the view was very beautiful. Having a private parking lot made my days in Kotord very easy. We didn't use the beach, but it was very convenient to use. Cleaning and all our needs were taken care of. We were able to reach Mr. Sedat whenever we wanted and he helped us a lot. Thank you

I felt very comfortable staying at Dubravka's place. Dubravka is a fantastic host and very helpful if any questions arise. The balcony with sea view invites you to linger, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The bedroom is separated from the open living-dining area and the open kitchen by a wall and is lit and ventilated to the WZ by the skylight to be opened. I also liked to have the door open. And since the sun didn't pop in, it was a very cozy and cozy retreat, from where you can also hear the sound of the sea, which is super calming in the evening (if you open the terrace door a little) The bed is a double bed with a full mattress, which I always appreciate very much. And if a very large duvet is still not enough: don't worry, there are enough duvets and covers. The couch - also with sea view, is extendable and very comfortable. My stay at these beautiful apartments was exceptional! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!
