Holiday rentals with a sauna in Bečići

Zorans place was a fantastic few days for us in Kotor. The apartment is decorated amazingly well with accent and mood lighting make it extremely modern almost futuristic. The location could not have been better as it was just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the old city. The bed was super comfortable although the bedroom was quite bright in the morning due to black out blinds only being on one window. The car park was easy to park and to get in and out of to do day trips such as to the cable car. Inside the apartment was very comfortable with good A/C and the sauna was an incredible addition. The main problem we had was finding the place and navigating the one way system and picking the correct entrance - so we actually had to do a few laps and contact the host when we were lost. Once we knew where it was it was very easy to get in and out again. We would 100% want to stay there again though as the location is incredible.

What an amazing place! We had a family group of 7 of us ranging from age 20 to age 80 and everyone absolutely loved it. I was a bit worried about some of the reviews saying walking up back from the old town but it was fine and the oldest members of the group could walk it no problem (not steep at all). You must do the cable car for sunset views, we did 8 hour Get Your Guide boat trip (recommend) and Kotor is beautiful. But coming back to the jacuzzi and the breathtaking views means chilling at the apartment is fantastic too.

A perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Calm and cozy atmosphere with a special charm. The staff were wonderful – Abbas, Volkan, and the lady were all exceptionally attentive and friendly. The chef cooked delicious meals every day. The beautiful pool was a real highlight – perfect for cooling off and lounging under the sun. I also really enjoyed the sauna – absolutely fantastic! I would gladly come back here again. Thank you, Montenegro, for a great holiday!

Logement au top : spacieux, propre, moderne, confortable avec une piscine super agréable avec une belle vue sur la baie de Kotor. Tout est bien pensé et fourni dans l’appartement avec une climatisation performante et discrète. Le logement est bien situé dans la baie de Kotor et la résidence est calme, avec peu de monde à la piscine. Notre arrivée s’est très bien passée avec présentation de l’appartement et remise des clés. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je recommande à 100 % !

I had such a nice time here! Our host was very nice and always helped us when we needed it. The place was very clean and smelled good. The view was beautiful. Thank you for everything!

Nous avons passé une semaine sans problème. Bel environnement. Les descriptions correspondent aux photos. L'hôte est très réactif. Petit bémol: à notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un léger problème dans la salle de bain; l'eau ne s'évacuait pas vite dans la baignoire. Sinon, je recommande à 100%.

Really enjoyed the stay and flat was fantastic. Great view from balcony. Facilities with pool sauna and steam room were great. Only slight downside was WiFi which we had to open flat door to get access despite the extender been right outside the door.

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Perfect place to stay. Even better than on photos. Highly recommend.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon auf das Meer und den Pool war atemberaubend – wirklich ein Highlight. Morinj ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern: Es gibt einen Stadtstrand mit Liegen für 5 €, aber auch einen ruhigeren Luxusstrand mit Bar und komfortableren Liegen für 20 €. Zwei schöne Cafés sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar – besonders zu empfehlen ist das Café direkt am Wasser: leckeres Essen, toller Kaffee und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort: ein Supermarkt, ein kleiner Kiosk und zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Am Strand kann man Kajaks, SUPs oder Boote mieten – ideal für kleine Abenteuer auf dem Wasser. Das Essen war überall frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen!

Amazing apartment with wonderful views and right on the beach in perfect location. If you are driving make sure you get clear instructions on where to park (we didn’t get any) and don’t follow Google maps!

Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description. Ceca était très réactive et aimable. Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement (même si le lit n’était pas tout confort) Le logement est idéalement situé, juste à côté de la plage et des commerces. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement et le recommandons chaudement.

Gordana ist eine wunderbare, extrovertiert, freundliche, ökologische und sehr positive Person, die so wie vor der Anreise als auch währenddessen Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Die Unterkunft mit ihrem rustikalen Tuch, Steinboden und vielen Bildern und Pflanzen widerspiegelte ihr Charakter und Persönlichkeit). Eine geräumige, ebenerdige, kühle Wohnung, wo uns - mir und meinem zwei Teenies - an nichts fehlte. Extra Highlight - wir hatten Zugang zu ihrem versteckten blühenden schattigen Garten mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und Schildkröten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Ah ja, die Unterkunft liegt wirklich 48m vom Strand entfernt.

The accommodation was just lovely, clean and safe. The bed was comfy and we slept so well. The owner provided all the information we required. We would definitely use the accommodation again. We enjoyed the pool with a lovely view. The pool beds were modern and comfortable. Note: if you prefer to use a honest taxi - we highly recommend Miki (I cannot share his number) we were charged extortionate prices eg 40 euros from the airport and 15 euros from the port to the accommodation. Whereas, he charged 25 euros from the airport and about 4 euros from the port. He works for a taxi chain - Viper. We only had a taxi at night. Only use a taxi with a meter. The Big Ben Restaurant is a nice for reasonable food too.

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt neben dem Haus des Gastgebers, aber trotzdem haben wir uns privat gefühlt. Dmitry und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Gastfreundschaft war absolut topp, vielen Dank nochmals.

Es war ein Traum! Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende super wohl gefühlt. Wir waren zu 10. für 8 Tage. Neben der Villa wohnt ein Pärchen, welches sich den kompletten Aufenthalt um uns und das Haus gekümmert hat. Jeden Zag wurde sauber gemacht, der Müll entsorgt. Sie haben jedes Problem sofort gelöst und uns stets geholfen. Tipps und Ratschläge für unsere Reise gab es auch und die beiden waren Rund um die Uhr zu jeder Tageszeit für uns da. Das Haus liegt auf einem ruhigen Berg und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lagen an der Küste, nur 15 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Wir hatten 3 Autos und es gab genügend Parkmöglichkeiten dafür. Auch kindgerechte Zimmer waren vorhanden und jedes Zimmer war mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wir sind wunschlos glücklich gewesen und können es jedem empfehlen :-)

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.

This villa is incredible. It has beautiful views and all the amenities you could ask for. It has indoor and outdoor dining, a large kitchen, a pool with sun beds, spacious bedrooms, and even a sauna! Branislav was a great host with fast and helpful responses, good restaurant recommendations, and even helped us book a boat trip that picked us up steps from the villa. There is an area to swim in the bay only a 1 minute walk from the villa. Would definitely recommend! Make sure you have a car rented if you are staying here though as it is difficult to walk anywhere along the roads. Aside from this it is perfect!

Balayı için bu villayı tercih ettik. Bunu bildikleri için bize sürpriz olarak güzel bir evlilik notu olan pasta almışlar. İnce bir davranıştı. Çok mutlu olduk. Havuz gayet temizdi. Evin eşyaları fazlasıyla yeterliydi. İhtiyaç duyulan her şey villada vardı. Bahçedeki sebze ve meyvelerden yemek harikaydı. Doğayla baş başa olmak huzurluydu. Yaz ayı olmasına rağmen gece şöminenin romantik havasını tattık. Mangal keyfi de ayrı bir aktive oldu. Villadaki yaşam konusunda her türlü yardımı sağladıkları için Tjina ve Ivan'a teşekkür ederiz. Şiddetle tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere....

Vlado was very responsive, gave recommendations of restaurants, was very accommodating on all our requests. He was also flexible with check out time. Cleaning lady was coming every day and it was included in the price. We really enjoyed the stay.
