Access to the beach (yes beach) and beautiful, clear lake were unsurpassed. Boat was in great condition. Our favorite parts were the great decks, deck furniture, dock for kids to fish and all the toys in the storage area!

We loved our stay, had an amazing time, and would go again! Everything you could need was there for cooking, playing games, paddle boarding, hanging out in the water, etc. Paul was amazing to work with & communicated very quickly. The only downfall was that the listing/photos did not disclose that there was no direct access from the hallway to the third bedroom. You had to walk through either of the other two bedrooms. This made it a little awkward for three couples to stay in the house. One of the couples ended up sleeping on the pull-out couch downstairs. But do not let those things stop you from staying at this place. We made amazing memories playing cards on the deck, grilling steak, using the paddle boards/lilly pad to hand out in the water, sitting at the fire and so much more! I would highly recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful home with amazing views. My mother-in-law and spouse both went on at length about how much they would love to have a place just like it. The cohost Katherine was proactive about letting us know there would be deck work happening and was very easy to communicate with. If you have the chance, I’d highly recommend staying here.

The cabin was very spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend with family.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabins are adorable and really felt like the north woods. The yard in the front is gorgeous! And the backyard is so peaceful! We loved the beach - it was a perfect get away!!

This cabin was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had many fun amenities including the volleyball court and the sauna.

Had a nice, quiet & quaint stay. With our 4 guests we were happy with the two bathrooms and the washer and dryer access. Couch and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with anything that you would need. Would stay here again!

We had a lovely weekend stay at Darin's home. The house is spacious and well stocked with nearly everything you need. The only thing they didn't provide was shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer (at least that I could find). The kitchen had about everything you could need. The house isn't directly on the lake, but a common lake access point was nearby. It's also close to many golf courses, and some good restaurants are walkable. The house has a great fenced yard area for dogs, as well as 2 fire pits. Overall we had a very comfortable stay with plenty of space. Nicely decorated.

We loved our stay at Loon's Nest at The Wilds on Shell Lake. Great view out over the lake which was strikingly peaceful -- no issues with loud boats or jet skis. The cabin was perfect for our group of 6, including a 5 year old -- plenty of room, well-equipped kitchen, grill and fire ring outdoors. Loon's Nest was at the edge of the property with deep woods to our side and that gave the property a very private and quiet feel. Very enjoyable stay. Quick and easy communications with the host.

Beautiful place. Very kid friendly and Kellie is a great host! We will be back- absolutely loved it!

The home was updated nicely with a modern up-north vibes. We enjoyed the view of the lake and the fishing off the dock. It was nice to be able to unwind and enjoy all the moments.

The property was clean; the bathroom was updated and spacious; the kitchen was well-stocked; and the primary bedroom had a beautiful view of the lake. We used the cabin as "guest overflow" from my parent's/brother's house on the lake. Overall, we would recommend this place as it served our needs nicely. Thank you, Paul. You were responsive, professional, and readily available when questions were asked and check-in procedures were needed.

Private little beach and boat docks right in front of the cabin. Cabins are perfect for what you need at the lake! Quiet resort! Nice big beach down the row of cabins. Playground area. Kayaks, paddle boats, water inflatables! Great lodge with anything you could need if you forgot something. Pool table, board games, movies in case you are stuck inside during rainy weather. I’ve been to this resort twice now and would easily come back again!

The place was great -- pictures do not do it justice. Spacious and clean, very up to date and modern. I would recommend this condo and would stay there again. Quiet and comfortable space; I felt safe in and great location.

This was just what we needed for a girls getaway. We did a little bachlorette party for my daughter. We had a great stay, the hot tub was amazing, and very easy and communicative host. We will definitely stay at this cabin again! Thank you to the host and hosts family for being amazing and the property was absolutely beautiful and cozy!

This is definitely a must stay. Its a large property and has amazing views if you like sunrises. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This is an amazing place to stay! The location is so beautiful and peaceful. You can fish and completely relax-the property/lake are unmatched! The lake is on 3 sides of the property and you can fish right off the dock if you want. We also brought our own boat and went fishing everyday-our teenage boys loved it. We caught so many fish and they also let us bring our dog, which added to the fun. The host and his siblings are very friendly and responsive-you couldn't ask for better. The large kitchen table is also nice that at night we could play cards. They have lots of outdoor seating, but we also brought our own bag chairs which were nice to use right by the lake. If you're looking to make family memories in a peaceful location, this is the place to go!
