Hyper centre de La Châtre, dans le quartier historique, le studio est à 50m de la place du marché qui offre des boulangers, cafés-bars, restaurants, et de nombreux autres commerces y compris un super marché. Les fenêtres donnent sur une courette (non utilisable) ce qui assure le calme absolu dans l'appartement. Stationnement gratuit sur la place du docteur Vergne ou dans la rue.
