Welcome to our cozy cottage, which has been modernized with a focus on a quiet setting, comfort, and socializing. A child-friendly beach is located about 150 meters from the house, where you can swim, play, and enjoy the view of the Bay of Aarhus. Three rooms: 5-6 people. Small but well-functioning kitchen. Enclosed garden, covered terrace with gas grill. The area offers great opportunities for walking and cycling. By car, there is easy access to Mols Bjerge, Ebeltoft, Aarhus and Djursland. Please bring your own firewood. Feel free to inquire about an allergy-friendly dog.

The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
