Huset er stort og rummeligt og perfekt til børnefamilier, surfere eller blot de, der ønsker en afslappende ferie i rolige omgivelser. Der er brændeovn, varmepumpe, opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Huset er udstyret med AppleTv og Internet.
