The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The Coach House offers complete privacy located just 7 minutes from Junction 11 of the M4 and 20 minutes from Junction 5 on the M3. Ideal for groom/guests attending weddings at nearby venues Trunkwell House Hotel (same village), The Mill House in Swallowfield (5 minutes), Heckfield Place, Highfield Park, Wokefield Park and Wellington Arms Hotel (each 10 minutes).

The Loft @ Burghfield - Self Contained Annexe

The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
