The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze knusse, charmante ruimte. Vanuit ons tuurplekje in de Achterhoek (van ruim 40m2) kijk je uit op de natuur, met zicht op het bos en twee biggen. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen. Luister muziek, via bluetooth of LP speler en tuur om je heen...

Plenty of sunny and shady spots in the garden and private parking for 3 cars. From this beautiful location, there are plenty of cycling and walking routes, and it's a 10-minute walk to the village and the woods. You're also very welcome to sit in the vineyard. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.
